Do not recommend this veterinary clinic, the phone lady was rude and didn't give me any advice or information about my cat.

We thoroughly enjoy going to Dr Sheerman, both of them! They are kind and considerate and straight to the point. They have taken care of annual shots for our cats and dog, have had to take care of our cat when she had ringworm (quite the ordeal, but she’s been never better), they also put down one of our beloved pets on an emergency call (She passed on a Sunday, they were closed but picked up a message and they met up at the office and they took care of our girl… very kind folks) You cannot go wrong with these kind people. Do know that they only take checks and or cash only!

I am deployed and our regular vet is out of town. The response from the vet is he doesn't do emergency vet services if you're not a regular client. I feel this goes against any ethical and moral obligation in this profession. Very frustrated and hoping our 6-week-old kitten makes it through the night if not his death is on this vet's head. We just lost our baby I hope this vet is ok with the knowledge he could have helped and chose not to due to a business perspective. Evil, just evil. The Veterinarian's Creed To regard my profession as something more than a means of livelihood; To value character more highly than reputation and truth above popularity; To be merciful and humane, preventing needless suffering among d*** beasts; To be faithful and zealous, preventing needless loss to those I am called on to serve; To guide my conduct by sober judgment and my judgment by a never sleeping conscience; To be modest and open-minded and thankful for every opportunity to increase my knowledge and my usefulness; To be a coworker with my fellow practitioners by the mutual interchange of counsel and assistance; To be true to myself, measuring my success by the value of the service I render rather than by the fee I receive.

My mil took her dog here to get her ears cropped and they are TERRIBLE!!! Crooked, not straight and cut a chunk out of her ear!! The lady in the front in a hateful person and definitely shouldn't be working in customer service!! And I would give them zero stars if that where an option!!!!!
