I recently just moved from IL to New Cambria. My 2020 Traverse started misfiring and getting loud and my check engine light was on. I scheduled an appointment with my GM APP. I got confirmation saying it would be at 10 on Tuesday. The lady called and said she couldn’t do it that day because it didn’t make since why I drove it from IL to MO to get fixed! Then, she said I can come Wednesday at 10. Got there for my appointment and she said Grant didn’t approve this car to be looked at and I needed to go upstairs and talk to him. I went upstairs and he was fine getting it looked at. The lady refused to allow the guys to diagnose it and told me to bring it back Thursday at 10. I get my vehicle there and the lady said they diagnosed it and told me the exhaust was broke in half. The vehicle…is still driving nothing is hanging down! So, I told her I would pick up the vehicle until the part showed up to get it fixed. Once I arrived my husband wanted to talk to the tech and the lady asked why? I said so we know exactly what is going on. She didn’t let me talk to the tech who diagnosed my vehicle and told me to just go get my keys. The same day this occurred I had already talked to the manager about the situation. Nothing was done about her disrespect and treating someone who is new to the area completely awful. I however, will take my business elsewhere because no one new to the area should be treated so poorly.

I might not have ever done business with this place personally but their personal touch when I was a kid ticker treating in their neighborhood they went out of the way to give back to their community any way they could. I dont know how the Cupp family is doing these days but I am glad to still see them open all these years later.
Thank You for giving me good memories in my very poor childhood!!
