If you call and they just say "hello," that's the place. Last time it took 3 calls and 3 weeks to find out my car had been done and was ready, no calls back as promised. Then to open the hood and find nothing was secured back in place, trash from the parts left under the hood and something in my vent system making a racket. And my part was likely unnecessary, they spliced a wire and added a fuse to make it work, didn't get my old starter back. Twice I have been quoted a price double the average cost and bought the part elsewhere - I wrote it off as a communication error but not so sure.
