I like this Walmart, the problem is pricing, especially with ethnic hair products.BEWARE OF PRICING! ALWAYS RESEARCH the prices at different Walmarts. I checked pricing for African prides bouncy curl hair pudding, it's $4.17 in Fenton at that Wal-Mart, but this one in Maplewood, the one in Kirkwood and the Shrewsbury it's $12.99, they're the same size. That's Ridiculous! A whole $8.82 more in the city. Having to drive that far to get a deal and this isn't the first time I've noticed this, why is the pricing different at the same store?!

Hi Everyone,
This is to make you all informed about the most corrupted walmart stores within STL, MO i.e. at 1900 Maplewood, Commons Dr, MO. They hardly are beknowest about any customer dealings pattern nor they care about their policies to which they are entitled to work accordingly. I recently made some online orders which were mentioned for hassle free return within 90 days of purchase. Even after having a proper barcode obtained by the customer care staff, the store denied from returning it. Additionally the behavior demonstrated by the personnel at the store was absolutely absurd. They were all racists and inappropriately behaving folks attending the customer visiting them.
Upon facing such derogatory and reluctant attitude if the walmart store employees at the front desk. I had this hope that someone from the ethics panel of walmart or customer care representatives will understand my concern but they were all alike. I am personally not going make any future purchases from the walmart at MO under any scenario.

This is the WORST WALMART in America! Crackheads everywhere. The staff are completely incompetent. They NEVER answer phones. You could be shot or robbed in the parking lot.

Please teach your workers at the check out registers good, customer service. Teach them how to interact with the customers. Upon leaving, he did nothing, no thank you, so I politely said Thank You, to which he gave no response. Lastly, your produce looked terrible…lemons and oranges were browning terribly, and they had mold on them. The cooling machine for the raspberries and blueberries wasn’t working. The fruit there smelled and there were fruit flies all over them.

The phones just ring and ring at EVERY department and then after five minutes of holding the phone hangs up and not to mention the rude employees!!!!!!You would never get anything done with the poor customer service provided!!!

I had an appointment today to get a new tire. I called on Wednesday and was told the earliest I could get in would be Sunday at 11. I asked if they need the details of my car and I was told no. I got there today checked in only to be told they did not have my tire size in stock. I asked to speak with the manager and asked why when I inquired if they need detail info for my vehicle I was told no. He just continued to say we don’t have that size and eventually walked off and left me standing there. The auto/tire center is not only incompetent but they are rude. I will never go her again for service.
