Walmart groceries are the worst. Soup is almost all water. Bread is stale (?). Produce is awful.

Will never come here again, employees are useless, this is why walmart will lose more customers to Amazon everyyear. The biggest aspect of going in the store is to get assistance if you need it. The days of retail customer service are over. Will just get everything on Amazon from now on.

I like that Walmart is always super cheap. I just wish that this location would open up more lines instead of making everyone go through self checkout. It isn't reasonable to have one line open. When people are doing big grocery hauls, it takes everyone so long to get through the self-checkouts. The longest I have stood waiting in the self checkout line is 25 minutes. That makes me want to avoid coming here unless I absolutely need to.

As I was checking out at the self-checkout, my children spotted balloons on a stick and each wanted one. I added two of them, paid, and then went to leave the store. At the exit, an associate checked my receipt, said she didn't see my daughter's balloon, and told me I needed to go back and pay for it. I said I wasn't going to pay twice for one item, so she took my 2-year-old's balloon out of her hand and refused to give it back. When I got back to the car with a crying child, I checked the receipt and there they were- two balloons. I still have the receipt and I have a photo of the receipt. I didn't get the employee's name but I did call to let them know they have a very serious problem with that associate. Nothing was done about the fact that an item I paid for was stolen by an employee.

Even after reconfiguration, no one knows where anything is and will not help you search. I am patiently waiting for my Walmart to get it together. Come on people, you can do it!

It's good. I like the snack aisle. I am disappointed that it does not accept Apple Pay. I feel the need to shower immediately after leaving. Sammy, Age 7

This Walmart location misses the mark for me. Every time I go items are consistently out of stock which always leads to me having to make a trip somewhere else to pick up what I need. I often dread heading here as the hassle of not being able to find items isn't worth the trip.

Angela and Shyann are amazing! I would say I am a regular here. I absolutely love this location and all of their employees. Everyone is always so kind and more than happy to help you.They always have a clean store. Everything is always well organized. Every time I come in here I feel like anything that I need it is always available and they are never out of stock. I love the door greeter (the older women with glasses) she is always so happy and so kind. She always ask how my day is going and talks to me as I'm leaving as well. A great location!

In saint louis for the week and had to stop in this Walmart due to being stuck in town for a family emergency. This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been in ever. The place is a dump, the store was out of half of everything and the employees were not helpful.

What an absolute Great Customer service experience I had in Walmart Auto care today !! With Mr.Sean leading the example and over exceeding the Bar of customer service. I travel a lot to plenty of Walmart locations work related but I tell you it's something else being on the other end not in uniform and still being held high of importance just because of How Mr.Sean and His team strive on Great Customer service, great work Team keep it up. that's not how you only keep customers coming but how you make news ones for a lifetime !!

Much better than the Walmart in the Florissant neighborhood yelp.com/biz/walmart-sup… but this store was still suffering from quite a few out-of-stock items. I needed an extra tshirt and while I was here, picked up a beer and a bag of cashews. Gotta have dessert, right?The store was well lit, the parking lot was tidy and they were operating nearly all self-checkout machines tonight. Overall, an OK experience compared to other Walmart stores.[Review 17270 overall - 169 in Missouri - 788 of 2022.]

If I could I'd give a negative 5 I've shopped here a few times now the shelves are empty in the grocery and domestic sections also not only that I went to multiple associates looking for a product and not one would even go to the backroom to look the would give me the typical "if it's not on the floor we don't have it" excuse. One associate literally told me they have the product but it's not his shifts responsibility to put it on the floor... I left thinking I'll never come here again this store is terrible.

It took over an hour to purchase a product because it was in a case and no one knew who had a key and wasn't willing to try to find anyone with a key. Finally got it home and it was defective. Returned the next morning to exchange and the fiasco started again. Was told i had to wait an hour to exchange due to not taking exchanges until 10 AM. Was then told I had to wait until 11 to get the new one because no one had a key. The day before I found a random employee on my own who had a key. I asked for a manager and was told there was none, but was told to go look for someone with a key myself. I left not willing to do business with them anymore. I urgently needed the product that I had purchased so i went to several stores trying to find another. I had no luck so I had no choice but to go back. Couldn't get help again. Talked to a manager who didn't help at all. Went back and automotive now had employees back there. Proceeded to wait in line for over 30 minutes to finally get it. I will never do business with walmart again. There ae way too many choices out there to accept that. I will also be contacting their corporate office.

Oh boy guys! I swore off Walmart the last time I went to a different location maybe a month or so ago but unfortunately I was in the area and had to complete the "joys" of adulting and Walmart is that one stop shop you know?So strike one, I go in to get a cart and there are none so I had to walk back to a random parking spot where people had left two carts.Strike 2, I had to go to my "favorite" place, the money center and per usual since I've been alive there's a long line and one Cashier. While I was waiting I saw who I presume was a manager, come up to the counter to tell the Cashier that he had to call the police because people were fighting in some section. The line didn't take too long though and the money orders were only a $1. I will say at least the cashier was nice. I'm not sure what the deal is but it seems across the board it's been increasly hard to find prices. Getting rid of the price scanners was THE WORST decision they could have made. The app is random and it's a pain to have to look up everything.Sundays mean, low stock so a lot of food items were bare. After about 2 hours, it was definitely time for me to get outta there! I headed to self checkout (the longer one) and all of them were only taking cards. I headed to the shorter ones and the worker said there are all cards. I told her I had a gift card and cash and she said "can't go here today, you'll have to go to the regular line". She wasn't rude. It was just the way she was telling people was umm country? I was so ready to go at this point so I just ended up using my credit card which I did not want to do but at this point it was anything to be done!Of course it's hot outside and I was parched so I stopped at the Subway in the store for an ICEE. I asked for a large and the guy said they have this size (showed me a cup) which was smaller than a large but he was still charging me the large price. I asked if they had a small and he said they only have this cup and wouldn't charge me the small price so no ICEE for me. THEN I went to the soda machine . Water ..SOLD OUT. The other machines have gone up to 75 cents from 50.At this point it may seem like I'm penny pinching. You are darn Skippy! You do NOT want to know my total at check out. Also for one of the richest retailers in the market, it makes NO SENSE for Walmart to have such poor, unreliable quality of anything. NEVER AGAIN!
