10:14a and the clerk is just now offering to help the first person in-line. They open at 10:00a and didn’t bother to open the service window until 10:10a.

Why are all the post office ratings everywhere only a 2. The lady at this branch was rude uncaring and unhelpful. It’s amazing what a sad state the postal service is in. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Sent me for a run around rather than just listening to what I wanted to accomplish. Ended up filling out three different labels and spent more than I would’ve had I just used my stamps and dropped off a letter from my neighborhood drop off.

The ladies that work at the counter are always so rude to people. Every time I come in I hear them act unfriendly and condescending to perfectly nice people in front of me in line. It’s even happened to me a couple times too. I don’t know why the workers have to act like they’re better than everyone else.
One time last year I asked them why my new address wasn’t receiving mail. I had filled out the Change of Address form and everything. They claimed it was because my name wasn’t on the mailbox. Never in my entire life (and I’ve lived many many places) have I needed a name on the mailbox for mail to get to me. She made me feel like a complete idiot for not knowing that “fact” — when in reality, the USPS website says it’s optional for the resident to display their name on their mailbox.
0/10 worst customer service. Go to a different post office if you can

Front desk worker - don’t be a stereotype. Go to therapy. Be happier.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I just went to send off my taxes for the first time and the people working were both very nice and patient. I think if you have some sort of complex you might not know or like how things are run but they are efficient and nice people! The post office is so important to our society so please be nice and polite to the workers and you’ll be treated the same.

Don't bother to go to this one. They are open but claim no cashier is available. And I drove 30 mins to this location and wasted my time and gas. Now I know why the reviews are so bad. BELIVE THE OTHER REVIEWERS.

I interact with the same worker every time. She’s incredibly disrespectful and rude no matter what. Today she yelled at me and accused me of being a “security threat” because I was standing near the window after other customers and I were waiting over 5 min for service while she was sitting on the computer and chatting with another worker. Will be going to a different location from now on.

They can get your mail out, but there seems to be no motivation to make it a great experience. Slow, rude, and downright disrespectful to everyone I’ve watched them interact with. As long as you go in with no expectation of customer service, you’ll get out ok.

They have the worst customer service ever. If you don’t like interacting with people, don’t take a job where it’s a requirement.

I had my wedding invites to mail out. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!). She let me know which stamps I needed for my invites and while this location didn’t have all the stamps I needed, she let me know which locations to check out to get the stamps. She was so helpful and helped relieve a good amount of stress I’d been having regarding the invites.
