“Needed new shoes immediately in the middle of my shift at a plumbing company. Came in, asked the gentleman behind the cou ter where the sketchers were located so I can just buy the same shoe and be on my way. He pointed them right out to me and had me back on the road to my next customer.”
“I have spent years trying to find a comfortable shoe/insole, etc and even had a podiatrist make custom insoles. They hurt my feet- even when I was in bed my feet ached. He kept putting me in bigger shoes so the insole wouldn't bend. Eventually i felt I was wearing clown shoes. I then tried many different brands of shoe and insoles. I could barely walk when I went into your store. Ray Easterling at the Des Pere Mo store put me in shoes that nurtured my foot, comfortable, supportive and a size I wasn't swimming in. I went back because I felt they were wearing out and he fit me again. I then went hiking on a 3 mile "moderate" trail with a few 10% +grades and lots of roots and rocks. My footing was stable and I never had to stop to get off my feet. With shoes before fleet feet I would have been in pain trying to finish the trail. In short, I feel I can walk again and the shoes fit!”

“First time visiting this location in STL. I was needing a new pair of trailrunners for an up coming vacation where we will be doing some light hiking for several days in a row. I also need a good support shoe for walking my dogs daily. Joe was fantastic and very helpful in my quest for finding the perfect shoe. The foot scan that he shared with me was very enlightening. Found out I was definitely wearing the wrong style and size shoe for probably quite some time now. I have a bunion on one foot and a couple of unique foot issues, but Joe listened to my concerns and found the perfect shoe and insert for my best personalized fit. Hoping that these lightweight trailrunners fit the bill and will break in over the next few weeks. I will definitely come back for more socks and even some of their clothes in the future. Wish I would tried this store a long time ago. I highly recommend their knowledgeable services.”

He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. He was helping me select shoes to meet our needs. He was also polite and friendly. I will ask for him when I return for my next purchase.”
“I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who never has good experiences anywhere lol. He was RAVING about this place after he picked up his boots. For 2 months he needed new work boots and we went to Chucks, Boot barn, you name it, and each time he returned the boots he bought. The customer service here is amazing, she told him how to take care of his boots and even gave him extra soles and oil. Thank you guys so much!”

He spent a lot of time helping me try out models and his first suggestion is the most comfortable pair of running shoes that I absolutely love- I feel like I can go in them forever! “Had a great experience here. I called ahead and they held the boots for me. The two ladies who welcomed me as I entered the store were friendly, attentive and willing to figure out my awkward payment preference on the day. Store was clean, bright, airy and I did not feel any sales pressure. What more could you want? In a time of online shopping I will be making the 20 minute drive again in the future for my footwear needs. Can't beat the real deal in-person customer service experience. Rare these days. “I walked in to the Watson location (having never been to a Red Wing store) after months of trying on and returning shoes and boots on Amazon. I was immediately impressed with Matt. He was low key, asked me what I was looking for, got very specific details about my needs, how I would be using the boots, and any foot issues. In the end I opted for a pair of Dynaforce soft toe boots and they have far exceeded my expectations. They were comfortable right out of the box and needed no breaking in. I immediately put in several 6 hour days in my yard doing heavy work and never felt uncomfortable, more importantly, the support was far superior to my regular garden boots. No more twisted ankles or knee stress!
I also bought a pair of the 3D computer insoles because my two arches are different from an old pole vault injury to my left foot. Once I got those in the fit was better (if that is even possible). I like these insoles so much that I ordered a pair to wear in my walking shoes for 5 weeks in Europe and never had any foot or knee issues the whole trip.
I am sold on Red Wing and that is mainly due to the amazing customer service that Matt and Dennis offer. If you are local in St. Louis and looking for a great pair of boots I highly recommend you stop in to this store!”

“I walked in at least 3 other shoe stores before Tradehome Shoes, but none of them came close to the experience I had here. I didn’t get his name, but the employee working today 5/1/24 was SO helpful. He was the first one to be helpful to me all day. I generally knew what I was looking for (a running shoe), but he helped me narrow it down, explaining which styles in which brands would suit my needs. He was overall knowledgeable and very friendly. He even let me know another store in the mall that would also have what I was looking for if I wasn’t finding it with him.10/10 recommend and would return.”

“This is the best smoke vape shop I've been to. The Staff was amazing took time to go over all the different products and look up flavors for me, she spent so much time with me and was very pleasant and chill. I was having a bad day and during our conversation she just made my day!!! Also the store is packed with all different amazing items , I bought more than I was planning because it was cheaper than other my other shop and even had deals and a punch card on your 6th visit you get $20 off your order. I was amazed when I walked in. I went in just to check it out because it was new I thought it was small and wouldn't have much and I was very wrong. I highly recommend this store, they had so many different vapes and more flavor options than I've seen. And on the plus side living in Crestwood I had to drive a bit to get to a shop and this one is 2 mins from me. If you have time you should definitely stop in and check it out they have all kinds of different items, it's definitely worth the trip. I was looking for a certain vape everyone is out of and she is special ordering and even offered to have it shipped to my house. I was just very impressed”
