Not as Clean, prices have increased, could not find some items

I was shopping at this store for a few months but the employees in the food area were very rude and racist with a very bad attitude. I asked them if they didn't have pizza and I asked for 5 hotdogs and they said they could only sell me 2 and when they gave them to me I threw them away and one fell to the floor?
