Updated to say that they FINALLY shipped my beard batter from the summer. :) Praise God! It is January but they gave me 2 extras since it took so long. They have restored my faith in their company.Not sure what happened though. I will still buy from them just dont ever try to buy beard batter in the summer....My original post is still below....[Used to be great but they never shipped my beard batter from this summer that I PAID for. Was supposed to come later bc of the heat and melting but they never sent it and won't respond to my email and their phone number doesnt work.]

Showed up at 10:45 on 01/24. Website says you open at 11. I left and came back at 1230. Nope, still not open. I like your products. Happened to be in St. Louis. Looks like your losing business quick by not being open when you advertise you are. If you don't care, I don't either. I can buy from elsewhere

Thought I'd give a local place some business. Showed up at 2:50pm on a Friday. Went to the door only to find it locked with a hand written note on the door saying they're out for a delivery and will be back in 30 minutes. No big deal. I don't mind waiting for a bit. Well I waited for an hour before I finally left. So frustrating. I'll stick to online products.

I've ordered from Roughneck twice and haven't been disappointed. I've only reordered one scent (Honeyshot), but have loved every scent I've got. I think the Crow's Nest has knocked Honeyshot off as my favorite. There customer service is impeccable. I emailed them with a question and had a reply within 10 minutes. I made an order and received an email that it had been shipped that day! Crazy, right? Both times I've received my order in a very timely manner. I would recommend Roughneck for all your beard needs.
