This location is always picked over. There’s barely anything on the shelves and I can never really find good brand names here. On top of that, customer service is SO rude. Today I had returns with receipts that were over 30 days old and they refused to take them back even though I had the receipts. They also questioned me before on a different return acting like I brought back a different item, when I didn’t. The parking lot is also super busy since there’s a popular gym in the plaza. I would avoid this location. I love Ross, but this location is not worth your time. Literally every other Ross in the St. Louis area is better.

I wasn’t happy with the customer service. The racks were not organized and I wish they can do better. This is such a good location and closer to my house.

Men's clothing selection is very limited to almost non existent in smaller sizes. The Marshalls a couple stores down in the same plaza is bigger with a way better selection.

Love Ross. Was at the Maplewood, Mo. store. New Mgr. Store is a lot nicer to shop at.

Not bad experience very little choices for my size not the nicest of cashiers it seemed kind of pricey for the quality but we'll see I just got shoes and shorts and shoes for my kid that was 90 bucks so not horrible but at least you can try it on before you buy it.

They do not honor 30 day return policy, very rude, refused to let me speak with the manager that assured me that as long as I returned the damaged item in 30 days, as my purchase was a very heavy table, my refund was not honered.

It's always a mess and it takes ages to check out. But you can always find a good deal on something you didn't know you needed.

Men's selection is kind of mid. We could barely find any unique pieces. I've been to other Ross's and they usually have some fun finds in the men's section though. Might depend on timing and location. Overall, I love Ross.

They really need to pick up the pace at checkout. 15-20 mins in line to give up your money is too long. People start rethinking their purchases after their knees start to hurt. If yall can't get people out the door in a timely manner you ought to put some chairs or something by the lines.

Wouldn't recommend going there if you're looking for specific clothes

Lacking in the men's department. Caters primarily to women. WT? Don't men need clothes too?

I'm sure I could give 5 stars if I went after they are better stocked. I felt I couldn't really spend the time to actually shop. Perhaps I will after "holiday season recovery" ?

Corporate understaffs these stores to up profit margins which means you’re going to stand in line for 30+ minutes while one cashier does all the work & management stands around and does nothing. The shelves are bare because they also expect that one cashier to stock in between sales. Every single time I’m here no matter what time there is a long line because they only have one person working the registers. Either staff the store and pay your employees fair wages or shut down and become online only.
