Apparently, there isn't any staff at this location alrhough the voicemail message says they are helping other customers. There is no indication that this store is not functional nor do they call you back if you leave a voicemail.

Very disappointed in this company. I needed to have some items packed and shipped out of state. I emailed very detailed information about my items (# of items, dimensions, etc) and called them the next morning. I spoke with Andrea who said she received my info and would call me back within the next hour or so. I thought, okay, these guys are so nice and prompt! Well... After not hearing back for about five hours, I called them back (during normal business hours). There was no answer, just voicemail. I left a detailed message including my phone number and asked them to please call me back. Nothing. The next day I called them again. Voicemail again. I left a message again. Still no call back. I then foolishly repeated this process three more times, but still no answer or call back. In my frustration, I finally called their corporate office. After waiting on hold for several minutes, NOBODY answered. Yippee! I left them a message expressing my dismay with their St Louis location and asked them to kindly return my call. And what do you know? I NEVER HEARD BACK. Yay Navis! Thanks for totally wasting my time!

Steve and Navis were terrific in shipping a marble statue from St. Louis to Maryland. Much appreciated. They were super easy to deal with, and made things much easier to handle following passing of our mother. The process was simple, and Steve was immediately responsive throughout the process.

Outstanding work! So, the unthinkable happened. My mom died unexpectedly a month ago, leaving a house full of antiques and memorabilia I needed to to be shipped from St. Louis to two addresses in New York State; my sister wanted merchandise shipped to Chicago. The team at Navis -- Wanda, Steve -- worked seamlessly to pack and ship the goods to us. Start to finish, this process took less than 10 days. I just rolled the last hand truck down my street, to deliver the goods from curb to living room. I was stunned by the care with which the skid was wrapped; also, every object or group of like objects was in its own separate sturdy cardboard box. There was not one glitch throughout this process. I am thrilled -- and thankful! Great work.

I do not recommend Navis in St. Louis for following reasons. Packaging skills are really not as expected from professionals. They do not communicate tracking information on time, do not respond to complains (only if addressed to corporate). The mislabeled my package, it was a headache to recover my valuable package. One word to summarize my experience: AVOID

This company was recommended by an auction house. They gave me an estimate which I thought at the time was a bit high, nevertheless I wanted my items, so I gave my credit card info. They raised the quoted price due to the volume, they claim. Who measures in volume, except for very large oversized boxes. It took over a week to receive my package. What I got was a flimsy box 3x3x3, some volume. The weight was under a pound. The package was stuffed with paper and my 2 pieces of jewelry sitting between paper. It was sealed with scotch tape and the box looked to be recycled. 4% for credit card, and when I complained, said that was stated in the fine print. I just signed the credit card slip - I don't have time to read fine print, and I shouldn't have to. This cost me over a $100. I don't recommend this company. My experience was not good and I feel taken advantage of.

Have shipped with this location two times. Both times the item was damaged during shipping after having been packaged by Navis. Never again.

Navis was very helpful in picking up, packing and shipping a number of items from two different homes in the St. Louis area to our home in Oregon. Navis personnel coordinated with the people involved in St Louis and were able to arrange times for pickups. The items were very well packed and arrived with no damage. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation.

Start to finish, this process took less than 10 days. I just rolled the last hand truck down my driveway, to move the goods from curb to living room. I was stunned by the care with which the skid was wrapped; also, every object or group of like objects was in its own separate sturdy cardboard box. There was not one glitch throughout this process. I am thrilled -- and thankful! Great work.

I'm disappointed in the service I have received so far. The staff doesn't seem to listen to customers very well, especially when it comes to instructions on how to contact the customer or reach the pick-up location. My goods were shipped to another company for delivery--the company is far enough away that they do not have regular delivery to my location. Navis has been completely unhelpful in resolving these difficulties. I am quite disappointed because I used this company some years ago and thought they were much more competent.
