Called prior to coming to ensure they had a replacement battery for my phone. Was told they had one on location. Dropped off my phone and upon returning, they had dismantled my phone only to discover they didn't in fact have a battery and that one would have to be ordered. Not sure I'd trust these people to do a thorough job.

Wow what great service. Was in Mexico took hundreds of pictures phone over heated wouldn't turn back on wasn't on wi fi so cloud didn't back up. MDD saved the day got my phone back on and retrieved vacation pictures. Thank You

Absolutely terrible experience. I broke my Iphone 14 pro a couple of weeks ago which resulted in an absolutely shattered back of the phone glass and a very small purple line on the far left side of the front screen (no cracks on the front, just the mildly inconvenient stripe).
I brought my phone in to the store to have it looked at and to get a quote and he said that he could fix it but that he would need to order parts and it would take 3 business days or so. Said that it would be $250, half now, half at completion. Not super cheap but reasonable. I called three business days later and he said that the iphone 14 Pro Max screen hadn't come in yet to which I responded that it wasn't the max. He looked into it and realized that he ordered the wrong parts and that he re-ordered it and it would be another 3 or so business days. A bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. I call 3 days later and the parts are in so I bring it by to have it fixed.
He pops off the case (shards of glass visible in the empty case) and says it will be about 30 minutes to an hour. He comes back 30 minutes later, I pay for the other half and he hands me my phone. I'm about to leave and I turn the phone around and the back is still completely shattered.. I asked him about it and he said "oh we don't do the backs of phones, only the front screens"..
At no point in the multiple interactions that we had did he mention that the part of the phone that was clearly the focal point in need of major repair was not going to be replaced and was not part of the $250 cost.. I clearly was shocked and he just went into a story about how it requires a different machine. No apology for the mistake, no discount provided, absolutely unacceptable customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Mobile Device Doctors has been supporting my family devices (7 Apple phones) for several years now. With so many phones, I'm in there 1-2 times a year at least. The repairs are reasonably priced, communication is solid and the turn-around is typically fast.
The tech has a great attitude and service has always been good.
