Let me start by saying Lowe's is by far, my number 1 home improvement store. I'm there at a minimum of once a week, but typically multiple times. This Maplewood location is hands down, the WORST store in the entire state. Idk how half these people are employed to begin with. Most of the times they're talking to each other in the aisles as if they're enrolled at Lowe's High School. Anytime I need to return an item, there's a line, which I understand but the pace at which it moves is, asinine. Tonight I asked to have someone unlock a tool for me and the employee acted like I was bothering them. After 10 mins, to which no one came, I asked again and they said, " You already asked me and I called. Them people leave already." Mind you it was 9pm and they close at 10pm but seriously!?! Unfortunately this location is 4 mins from home, so I'll be back at sometime but I'll definitely drive out of my way to Kirkwood the majority of the time. They'll at least honor Kleins tool return policy

Very frustrated with the item I received in my pickup order. Packaging with taped shut and looked like the contents were used. Very confused as to how someone was able to return this item in the first place, but equally confused as to why someone thought this was an acceptable item to sell again.

We purchased a Bosch 800 series dishwasher from Lowe's on 6/23/24, which cost close to 1800 because we added a 5-year protection plan and installation cost. Lowe's website was confusing, so while I thought I originally paid for the installation, turned out I didn't, and I only found out after it was delivered. So, on 6/24, I had to go into a local Lowe's store to pay for the installation. It took a few days before anyone could come install it, which was 7/2. AFTER JUST THREE DAYS OF NORMAL USE, it could not even be powered on. We called Lowe's and Bosch, and was told we had to go through Bosch's warranty. So we had to wait until 7/10 before a technician came and gave us the official diagnosis that THE PRODUCT HAS A DEFECTIVE CIRCUT BOARD. I called Lowe's requesting an exchange for this $1800 WORTH OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and was told they WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT beyond 48 hours after it's delivered, and because I didn't pay for it with a Lowe's credit card, I was not allowed to return it within 30 days as I saw on the website. They made me call Bosch for a "return authorization". I called Bosch THREE TIMES and spoke with THREE DIFFERENT AGENTS, all telling me they do not do that and I had to deal with Lowe's. But then Lowe's kept telling me to call Bosch, and one of their agents also gave me a wrong number and ended up making me call "Bosco". I have collectively been KICKED AROUND LIKE A CAN AND SPENT HOURS MAKING THESE PHONE CALLS AND STILL BEING STUCK WITH AN $1800 WORTH OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I AM DONE DEALING WITH LOWE'S FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WHATSOEVER.

I recently bought a new refrigerator to have it delivered, I was told it would be for the coming Saturday. When I called to check on it, they said I was given the wrong date and it was coming the following Saturday. I reiterated the fact that the doors needed to be switched to open from the opposite side. they said the delivery guys would do that. It came, I gave the delivery guys $40 as a tip, said they would change doors, and they took the tip and left. I called back and the manager was going to send out another fridge with specific instructions to change doors. IT came, and again, guys knew nothing about changing doors, and said his power tools were not strong enough and left AGAIN. I tried receiving help, the store said to call the delivery company and delivery company said to call store. NO HELP AT ALL!!!!! worst customer service EVER!!!!

A typical Lowe’s. The next time I go, I’m going to schedule an Uber ahead of time to take me from the handicap parking space to the entrance.
As usual, there are not enough workers to help and the ones that are there about 30% of them pretend that they don’t see you looking for things. The helpful employees are wonderful!
I’m sure all of these bits of information will fall on deaf ears, but I thought I’d fill this out anyway .

Nice store. Good quality products. They're little on the expensive side though. The employees have always been very helpful in finding what I need, or even giving me instruction or installation hints on what I buy. Good job! ??
