Brett is an outstanding, knowledgeable, intelligent & friendly Sales Executive at Jim Butler Maserati, for anyone who needs a new or used car !We were never treated so well at any other car dealer, since we bought our first car in 1972 !He found the perfect car to fit our needs & was extremely helpful & made the experience awesome for us.

DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!! Update: Dealer responded with a complete fabrication. First FYI the Maserati and Alfa Romeo are the same building and staff. Second, I never called in and demanded anything. The car was under warranty by the manufacturer and in the end another dealer repaired the car. What really happened is I made an appointment with one of the service reps and the gentleman was nice said they can fix the car and made an appointment for me. Later Mr. Tate cancelled it and said he doesn't want to do business after I previously complained about him taking my car out and putting a ton of miles on it without my permission. All I did is kindly and patiently asked for an apology from Matt Tate for putting a ridiculous amount of miles on my car. He refused and doubled down on his unprofessional behavior. I called some higher ups at Jim Butler to let them know about this mans unprofessional behavior because of this he got mad and banned me. I talked to the service director and he asked me to remove the review and they would see if they can work on it. This never happened, no call back no nothing. So I'm reposting the reviews I had originally posted. Original review: Avoid service department and their service manager Matt Tate. He put a lot of miles on my car and disconnected the dashcam to hide the fact. Then banned me from service for complaining about it and the wasted months of my time not fixing the car. Take it to Sherry at Napleton Alfa Romeo and Maserati. They won't waste your time or put tons of miles. Great sales team, God awful service. Disregard the response it's a lie. The guy responding is probably Matt Tate who will unabashedly take your car and put a 100 miles on it. I never yelled at the service guy lol. This dealership is a waste of time just like their obviously bad response to this review. Even talking to other Maserati and Alfa Romeo owners they agree that this dealer's service department is one of the worst in STL.

I purchased a beautiful 2021 Audi a5 from Jim Butler Maserati in October 2023 & it was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson was Adnan Kahvedzic, who came over from Jim Butler Chevrolet (he was my initial contact) & he was extremely kind & patient with me during my purchase. Upon test driving the vehicle, Adnan went through all the exterior & interior details of the car to show me what the car offered. He gave me a fair price on my trade-in & made the entire process a no hassle transaction. I felt as if I was in & out the door when making my purchase & I was very comfortable while waiting for financing to go through. It was definitely the quickest car buying experience I could’ve hoped for. I highly recommend Jim Butler!Thank you! -Laura E.

Brett was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Generally a very pleasant person. He handled everything efficiently. I could not have had a better buying experience. In fact, it was the most pleasant automobile buying experience I have ever had. He had the vehicle I wanted, the trade in for my existing vehicle was fair, and the car I purchased had a small discount as well. He helped me set all the features to my preferences and pair my phone. I can sum up the sales and delivery experience in one word “awesome “.

Tried to sell me a piece of junk and take my trade in that is in excellent condition. Total scum artists and had the audacity to get attitude with me when I said I was not interested. Never again!!UPDATE: Dealership respsonce speaks for it self. Asking me to remove the review is inappropriate especially when my experience was what I am posting. Start treating customers with respect and train your employees to loose the nasty attitude. Yes, I came in and it was MY CHOICE, however as a company you need to treat customers with dignity and kindness and stop trying to rip people off. My vehicle is worth more then what y’all tried to give me and I refused because I am not going to take anything for my car. Anyways, the response is inappropriate and unprofessional and it will NOT be removed!

Beware, do not buy from JBM I took my car into the Dealership with a low oil pressure fault light. The service manager assured me that I needed to do a diagnostic to make sure of the problem. I was charged a few thousand dollars to replace the oil pressure sensor only to have the light to come back on after leaving the dealership. I returned to the dealership to complain about the problem. The GM assured me that he would do something to help out. He did absolutely. Nothing. My vehicle sat on his lot for the next three weeks with no further contact from JBM. Please please please do not buy from JBM.Update: The dealership has asked me to remove this post. I will not. You guys did a diagnostic on my vehicle and told me that this was also your find. After leaving with my vehicle today, it stopped on the highway and had to be towed. I was told by the sales person who no longer work there that she would not have bought that vehicle. This is not good customer service at all, especially from a high end dealership.Update: In regards to your post. Your service manager recommended that I do a diagnostic, which to me means that you guys will figure out the problem. I was charged around 200+ dollars for that. He and his techs determined that this was the issue. As far as oil changes, I have had my oil changed as required. My question to you is;1. Was a diagnostic done?2. If they did not find anything wrong with the sensor, why did they fix something not needing to be fixed.

Brett was awesome every step of they way when looking at, and eventually buying my vehicle. I found this jeep online and I was in contact with him the whole day. He made sure me and my family were comfortable during the whole process. He knew all of the features and if I had questions about it, he knew the answer right away. The experience was great. As soon as we walked in we were helped and offered a cold water. I will definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jim Butler Maserati.

My initial experience wasn't so great. However, Mike M. called to discuss my review. He made everything RIGHT!! I even received a card that said "We Messed Up" signed by everyone with a coupon book as well. In the end....it was an EXPERIENCE to be remembered for all of us!! I can definitely say, hands down...This dealership cares about customer service!! I APPRECIATE THAT!!

Bought a very expensive used vehicle from this dealer. They supposedly bought the truck from a person they do business with frequently. I was told the truck had never been taken off road other than a little bit on the Owners farm. There was significant dirt that had accumulated within the wheel well liner. I then crawled under the truck and scrapped off a pile of dirt that was larger than a basketball. I started having issues with the vehicle immediately. They got me a loaner and took it to another dealer for service. The service center had to drop the fuel tank to complete the work. The service writer told me that there was a large amount of mud that was packed on top of the fuel tank. JBM did no service to the vehicle while they had it. It was 13,000 miles since last oil change. The vehicle was never prepped for sale by JBM. They bought it and one of the managers put car seats in it for his kids and was driving it like it was his. Buyer beware, I will never buy from JB network of dealerships ever again.

Working with Brett was absolutely amazing! He was kind, dedicated and professional, and never once made us feel like this was “just a sale”. Brett treated us with dignity and respect, and took the time to explain each aspect of the process to us, getting to know us and what we needed in a car. Comfort wise, he made sure we had drinks and were taken care of. Brett went beyond the call of service in helping us for hours to secure the best deal for us, giving us time to consider the purchase without pressure and ensuring that we understood every element of the process with patience. Brett did not rush us, and gave us the space to figure out our decision while we worked it out financially.
