Overcharged for their games, and every couple of months they pay less and less for the same games when returned for the return price, you can buy the same game over and over again at the same price and or higher but they will continue to buy the game back at a lower price and the price they buy games back back for continues to drop

I bought mortal kpmbat 11 ultimate edition and my remotes were sticking so I never used the code. I buy two new joysticks and put in the code and it says they have already been used. So I just wasted my money. And I never trust the boxes are always opened or resealed.

Came into buy a PS5 and a VR headset. Was asked to produce papers for my service animal that I carry everywhere in my jacket. Was ultimately ejected from the store. My civil rights trumps your store policy. I am protected under ADA I will be filing a complaint. It's been nearly 30 days and they've taken no action.

First time doing business and the last. I purchased a PS5 and a Nintendo switch for my children. The store manager ZANEQUA did not mention any details of the return policy. I own a PS4 and was experiencing complications transferring data. I could not get the device to work. I returned to the store and the same person who sold me the console informed me of their DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I was not told at the time of purchase that you can not return a NEW item. I asked ZANEQUA why come she didn't inform me of the policy prior to purchase and she said that corporate instructed her not to mention it before the sale. ? Never again

I purchased a video game for x box series x from here and they told me I had to buy a code to use it. They gave me a receipt with a code on it. I tried the code and it doesn’t work. I tried to take it back and they said because it is a digital item I can’t return it (this was not explained to me at all prior to purchasing it, nor is it obvious anywhere near point of sale). The code they gave me doesn’t work and they still won’t take it back. So they basically stole $80.00 from me. By the way I got the game through game pass through x box and it was $35.00 as opposed to $80.00. The manager Zanequa or Shanequa was really rude as well.
