I shipped a package with the wrong address (missing 1 number). After panicking about the situation, which was done by another location, Ms McCline was able to help me.She assisted with calling a the Fed Ex number to get this straightened out. She also created me an account so if this ever happens again, it will be easier to resolve. Ms McCline is an asset to FedEx. Don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been working. Most of the people I called at FedEx for help were of no help. Thank you Ms McCline for being there for me😉

I went to the 3025 S. Hanley Rd FedEx in Maplewood, Mo this week. I was trying to ship a poster that was glass-framed and an unusual size and had difficulty figuring out best method and finding a suitable box. Trey and India immediately offered several suggestions and options for the most secure and cost-efficient method. They were very patient with my questions. These are two knowledgeable, friendly and professional employees! Made my day easier.

The customer service I received at this location was totally above and beyond! I went in an hour before close because the packages I desperately needed for an event I was hosting the following day were missing. The associate at the front, India, and her manager, Christy, took so much time and effort to find my packages for me and they were successful! Day SAVED thanks to them!

The best customer service of any shipping provider I've been to. Such a delight when a tedious errand becomes something you can actually look forward to because of the kindness displayed by their clerks. Highly recommend! I will only go back to FedEx for my express shipping needs because of these people.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional interaction. The staff representative was talking in a way as if they were offering a favor merely by just interacting with us. Was not at the front desk when we walked in either. On top of that, the FedEx system (on the computer) suggested an unreasonable amount of $1200 for our medium sized package full of clothes to be shipped to Asia. Not a heavy or particularly large package. Absolutely disappointed with the service, will not come back again for anything.

Please fix the listed phone number. It leads to an automated system that wouldn't connect me to a representative at this location no matter what I said. I had a question I needed answered about this location before driving over, but instead, I spent 15 minutes yelling at a robot who insisted on me either giving a package number or going back to the website to find my local fedex. I double checked and this is even the phone number listed on the fedex site for this location.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! At this office the staff know how to do their job. They do it with respect and do it correctly, so that your package will be delivered when and where it needs to be. As always, patience is appreciated and rewarded. I'll go out of my way to use this office in the future!!

Tracking showed out for delivery 9:59 to 11:49 Priority Overnight service. Being past due, I could not get help or update through the FedEx automated system and I have been waiting for over 5 hours to sign for this package. Very, very poor FedEx Customer Service
