Trey was so incredibly helpful. I walked in needing a box to ship off an item and expected to just need to figure it out on my own, but he noticed me looking at the options and recommended the best packaging for my needs. What i wanted wasn't available at the front, so he went out of his way to look in the back for more boxes. Proceeded to package everything up for me, including tape, label, and all! Very friendly, very quick, very efficient.

This is totally out of the stores control so I hate to put it here - but this is the worst customer experience ever. You cannot get a direct line to a store to ask a question. And FedEx corporate has the worst call-center navigation I’ve ever tried. The service is unusable because I can’t even ask a question to a real person without the automated menu hanging up on me.
