Ruby is sooo awesome! Providing the best vibe as soon as you're walking through the door. She did her job to her tee and even stayed on her ps and qs representing boost mobile! She almost got me on a sale... but I am team Android... lol... best boost!

I came to this location because I had an issue with another location and Boost had a deal for my upgrade. The worker Ashley E., helped me out, took great care of me, and it was easy. I love the new phone and I'm happy with Boost again.

I recently dropped my phone and it wouldn't turn back on. I had to visit this Boost Mobile location several times for help and each time the representative was so nice and helpful in getting into my account to purchase a new phone. Especially DaResha who let me use the store phone to contact Boost Mobile and offered several helpful tips on the best and quickest way to get me connected again. Highly recommend this location ;) Thank you again to the staff at the Maplewood Boost Mobile Store!!!

Disappointing that the place where I got a whole boatload of help last time, this time was very little help. I know sometimes I'm hard to understand, but it doesn't help when waves of impatience seem to be emanating from the employee. Only makes me that much more frustrated and unable to explain. Not nearly as friendly as the manager before her either. Give me him back and move her to another store, please.
