I just discovered this place last week and have made my husband pick up almost daily since then! Amazing selection of meats and their sandwiches are 10/10. Take all my money!

This is the best butcher in the midwestern part of the US! Not only is it an amazing butcher, it has incredible lunch and dinner options. Also, the breakfast is incredible and my personal favorite in all of St. Louis. The Lard Biscuit is the best biscuit I have ever had!

You get what you pay for here. If your looking for a cool foodie experience, this is it. Eat a crafted sandwich while watching your dinner steak cut through the viewing window. Cuts you do not see in most butcher shops. Tallow Fries.......nothing else to be said about those!!!! Order them.
