to technician Allen & manager Charlie in the St. Louis-Maplewood Auto Center. My grandmother was on her way to Kansas City from Georgia, and while traveling, she blew her tire at 70 & Salisbury. The tow truck prompted her to get it towed to this location & despite the auto center being 5 minutes from closing, both Allen & Charlie assured her that they would take her car in as an emergency appointment & promptly fixed her tire.
