“I often have amazon returns and i get the printable return labels. This is my nearest ups drop off place and every time i go i receive friendly helpful service. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never had a problem with a return here. Also the guy running the place is awesome with electronics. I know if i have an issue with something i am going to get an honest answer, not the one that will make the most money for the business. I appreciate service like that as sometimes people are just in it to sell the most expensive parts to make as much money as possible .”

“My husband and I use this post office frequently. On certain days there may be long lines but the only rude behavior observed has come from selfish outspoken customers. The facility seems to be understaffed but the staff, without exception, has always be courteous, friendly and professional.”
“Not sure of his last name, but one of the drivers, Bill, deserves some major credit! In this snowy, cold weather, he personally walked my package to the house. At least an eighth of a mile up a very large hill!! Wish I would have known exactly when he would have been there, to at least offer him some hot coffee. Thank you sir! He went above and beyond, when some would have never delivered it”
“So, I lived in Desoto for a short period of time this year and this Post Office was hilariously wonderful. It was like the post office that time forgot, in a GOOD WAY! The staff was just totally engaging and laughed while they helped you. They gave advice on how to do things better and were never crabby. The post offices in St. Louis can learn a thing or two from this place.”

“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”
“Its kinda odd that I'm writing a review for a post office.. but these men and women are severely undervalued and unappreciated. And often get the brunt of end of the rude stick from personal misrepresentation. I don't think we as a society fully understand or comprehend what these men and women go through each and every day. I think if anyone of us had to walk a mile in their shoes each day we would have a way different approach to them. Faye and Joe are both amazing Clerks and make a great team! The management team is exceptional, both Sandy and Tonilee are the very best at what they do. They know the ins- and outs of the postal system. I have seen the carriers in action and they are very hard working people who actually DO CARE and their customers and try everything within their means to bring them the best customer service possible. The Post Office can be a complex place. But they have no problems answering any and all of your questions.”

“This is the best post office in the world!! Bonnie and Brandy have to be hands down the greatest workers! So friendly and super nice! We live in St Francis county and work close by to the post office and it is always nice going in and seeing the ladies!!!! We have a PO box at this post office and we can't say thank you enough to these 2!!!! Thank You ladies for going above and beyond for your customers!”
