Service Center review only:The sheer lack of professionalism in their service department is astounding. Whether it is the lack of follow-up, the curt and dismissive manner that staff treat customers, or the fact that they openly talk negativity about customers, it is something you would expect from a KIA dealership, not a dealership selling $60k and up vehicles.Staff aside, the service is slow, with no tracking for recommendations, and it seems that after routine service on new cars, things go wrong (i.e., a sunroof suddenly won't work after a standard oil change).Do yourself a favor and stay away and either go to an alternate Volvo service center or even a jiffy lube; either would offer better and more reliable service.

Tom was great to work with! It's a big purchase but we never felt any pressure as we took our time deciding what vehicle was right for us. Although he had multiple customers at times, he always made us feel like we were his top priority. Thanks Tom for a fun, very positive experience!

Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with while getting my car. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Even though I left feeling well informed about all of the features of my car, I also feel welcomed to bring any questions or concerns back their way. Wonderful experience, start to finish.

If I could give 100 stars I would!Tom is the best! He took care of us and made this experience perfect! The financial got me an amazing rate and the car we purchased will be perfect for our family. If you are looking for a great experience definitely would recommend.

Initially, my involvement with Greg was great and then he turned on me. He brought me my car at the end of my visit for me to go home with my check engine light on my check engine light was never on. That was not the issue when I bought the car there it was very non-customer service like it made me cry after that I had no need to interact with Mr. Greg anymore I could tell That customer service is not his thing. I also had the manager called me and scold me basically about my check engine, light and how I could have damaged it I will never. Take my car back to West County Volvo again I bought my car there. I always had service there at one time. You had very good technicians there and customer service. Sandy was great and the other lady, the other receptionist they were great other than that you need to check that crew. I will never once again take my business to West County Volvo and also I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thank you so much.

Tom works very hard and is very pleasant. He worked with us until we got a deal that was acceptable to me. Once our deal was done he was very festive placing big red bows on the card, giving us Swedish flags and taking our picture.

Service is disappointing. Takes a long time to get in for a repair and they are not very kind. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealer and will reconsider for my next purchase.

Highly encourage everyone to check out Volvo Cars West County if you are searching for a new or used car! Everyone I worked with was great and very helpful when it came to finding the perfect fit for me. This was my first adult purchase, and Stephen Bock & the team made the process very enjoyable. Definitely recommend them!

Harris was phenomenal!! He even gave up his lunch to wait for me to arrive with my car, and I received a loaner. The next available appointment was two weeks out, but Harris and the West county team went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule. Two days later, the car was complete and back to us. We are grateful for the professionalism and care we received.

Jim was great to work with! Jim was incredibly patient as my fiancé and I looked at probably ten different XC90s. He was able to explain all the car features with ease and answer any questions we had about performance, comfort features, financing, and warranty. His knowledge, expertise, and candor were unmatched. We came from Kansas City to West County Volvo because our local dealer did not have a very wide inventory. While we love our local Volvo dealer, West County had a far superior selection of CPO inventory and their prices were the best in the entire nation. Come here - you will not regret it!
