The automotive dept SUCKS over here. I will be finding somewhere else to get tires from. The workers I've experienced are lazy and shiftless. I'm having problems with the tires I've purchased. I have a lot of slow leaks. That may not be Walmart fault or maybe their tires are cheap. im very disappointed. walmart has gotten careless and dontgivadamn about cust service

The car repair service in this location is run by some unprofessional people. They changed my tires and ruined the alignment and refused to fix the alignment. Talked to the mechanic and told me to get it fixed in Firestone. It's a horrible experience.

Better than most and probably one of the best Walmarts in the Saint Louis area. I had no problem parking in a lot that was free of litter. Most of the cart corrals were empty and a guy was working to clear them. Inside the store, brightly lit. I had no problem shopping in the lunch meats and sliced cheese, everything well stocked. Automotive had the windshield fluid I needed. Most of the front of the store has been converted to self-checkout but there was still a queue. Win some, lose some. I'd shop here again. I am usually not a big Walmart fan but this location has changed my mind. I was so impressed. I found everything that I needed. It was clean, organized and every employee I had interacted with was courteous and helpful. It is not close to my house but if I am in this area, I will definitely stop here. Might just go out of my way, pass 2-3 other Walmarts just to go to this one.

If i could give negative stars i would. The guys at the automotive center have absolutely no clue what they are doing, all amateur technician. Theres a bald little manager named Josh who also does not know how to do his job. Paid for a service to be done and received the car in worse condition LOL. Had to go to a different shop and pay more to get their mess up fixed, tried to get a refund but no luck ( Josh said he cant give me one and accused me of doing the damage myself) he also said it was my fault and the service had been done right for the price point and the only reason i got it fixed now is because i spent more money. Why offer services if you cannot even complete them? Bunch of youtube mechanics along with their minion supervisor "Josh"

If I could give half a star I would!! This has reached a new low even for Walmart. I was in the women's bathroom this week and there was a MAN( Walmart employee) washing his hands next to me!!! I hi tailed it to the manager and reported immediately!!! The environment here is unsafe, unprofessional and ridiculous!! Ahem... Walmart corporate!!

It's Walmart, so your expectations shouldn't be so high. They have plenty of parking, which is nice. Its cool that they have dedicated parking for police even though they never use them. They always park in the no parking zone. There are plenty of spots for store pick up, too. Carts aren't so bad. Some get stuck every now and then, but they don't have bad or squeaky wheels. Veggies, bananas, and chicken are often low. Outside of that, they typically have what I need. Pharmacy is ok. Sometimes, you'll have to repeat the same thing over and refer them to the notes, but not a big deal. It's just annoying at times.

I was enjoying my sweet afternoon and Devon Lacio came up to me in the phone and kicked me out for leaving one piece of trash on the floor even though the whole store is trash. do there employees even do anything... the answer is NO and I was enjoying my day and Devon with his weird black leather jacket had to ruin. devon I was sad and emotional scared because of you I hope you get demoted to self check monitor like you should jacket boy. I will only be back if Devon lacio is not working.

rudest customer service workers I have ever experienced. After waiting 15 minutes to get through the line the First Lady whose name badge was facing in told me there was nothing she could do to help. Then I asked her to call the manager and she did and then pulled out her phone. Another lady, Brenda came to counter, and was even more rude than the First Lady. The basic problem was Walmart gave me the wrong receipt but then gave me a hard time because of it. Finally a manager came and fixed the problem. What should have been a quick 5 minute return turned into a 30 minute disaster.

Worst Walmart to go to very rude employees. Me and my fiancé was in here at 6:40pm we were getting our things kinda get in get out trip we were walking around another customer and a very rude employee says excuse me very rudely so I said excuse me because she didn't need to go anywhere when we were going to go around someone so after I said excuse me she then stated what did you say so I told her exactly what I said excuse me and she then started yelling at me got up in my face so I started yelling back then she starts cussing at me another employee had to run over and pull her away as she is still cussing me out and yelling. I will be calling up their to have her attitude checked

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. I have been searching for my prescription in stock for weeks and when asking if they have it in stock I was met with a short and rude response. Being short staffed is no reason to be a miserable human I have worked as the "short staff" for the last three years and would never speak to another person the way that Walmart pharmacy staff has spoken to me.

Truly deplorable. Waited 40 minutes with 4 other people in cosmetics. Called manager twice. No help whatsoever
