I don't even know where to start. I feel utterly disrespected on behalf of my friend who was with me. Your employee, Andy, displayed a very disgusting attitude towards us because we are visibly Muslim. He claimed he was "waking up," which is why he was shaking his head, but I don't understand why Walgreens would employ someone with such racist and bigoted behavior behind the counter. I have already contacted the manager, who seemed uninterested, and I will be reaching out to corporate as well.

Just left the pharmacy - horrible customer service. Went to fill two prescriptions and was told it was $110, which was higher than I expected. I went to CVS but they don't take my insurance and it was $30 more expensive, so I went back to Walgreens.
I was rung up for $140 and let this person know the person who helped me before had noted it was $110. After the first person came over, she spoke with her colleague "ugh, I don't know what HE's talking about" and walked away. I'm standing right there! So disrespectful and unprofessional. I noted to her colleague this was rude and the other person who walked away could hear us but chose to ignore me and keep working rather than apologize or own up to her unprofessional behavior.
I'd rather pay more to an out of network pharmacy than deal with the disrespectful unprofessional staff that work here.

I came in to buy a lightning cable. There was one young guy in the whole store, he went to get the keys to the electronics and tried four of them. He told me he his manager didn’t tell him which key it was and refused to try any more. He said I couldn’t buy it. Really unhappy about this.

Printing services are so delayed, every time I go to pick up a document is never on time and I always have to wait around 7-10 minutes to get help

This rating applies to service at 9:00 at night. I came in tp pick up my photo invitation order that was estimated to be ready at 7:30. It was not ready. When I asked I was told that time is just an estimate. Sorry, an hour and a half is too far off the estimate. I stood around a little too long waiting to even be acknowledged in the first place. What should have been a quick in and out took way too long.

I have been going there for years, not really had any problems, all the pharmacists were nice. The last pharmacist I talked to seemed very condescending and rude though. Hopefully an isolated incident.

Just just had an incredibly bad experience with a pharmacist named "Shelly." She was yelling at me and interrupting. This is inexcusable behavior and Walgreens should be ashamed to employ such a person. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The pharmacy I have been filling at has been nothing but problems. Today I went to urgent care and received an antibiotic I needed urgently. After arriving at Walgreens 20 minutes later, the pharmacy tech informed me that nothing was received under my name. The pharmacist on duty had to mention to her that she needed to look under my date of birth, where she then found the prescription. Then informed me it would be 45 minutes to a hour to fill. I left and went home and received a text message about 10 minutes later that the prescriptions were ready for pick up. It’s like you are always inconvenienced by someone at this store. I guess I have to go out of my way to a different location to try to get better service.

Walgreens is a good pharmacy and they have great selections for health and beauty products, along with greeting cards, candy, toys and so many personal care items from eye drops to foot care. It’s a lot easier to run into Walgreens for a couple of items than it is to deal with Walmart with all those people,confusion and not to mention unlike Walgreens, checking out at Walmart is a real hassle and long waits. Walgreens is quick, easy, products are easy to find because it’s logically organized. I highly recommend Walgreens.
