I was feeling very poorly about my hair. I always say that if it looks too normal I start to get bummed out. I called asking for a first time appointment and I said that I love a layerd choppy look. Think Joan Jett with less mullet. Tonya surpassed my expectations. She gave me the best shampoo ever (a little on the rougher side but I like a really deep wash) she was super nice super skilled and an animal lover. This is my new salon. I had an amazing experience.

We had such a great experience in here! Everything is super clean and the shelves are organized, stock was high when we were in. Zharia came and helped us with color matches and product recommendations the entire time and was generally a delight. Yesterday, we were ignored by the Sephora staff in the Galleria, so it was awesome to have a positive experience. Definitely my preferred Ulta in St. Louis.

I am going to be honest, I don‘t wear makeup. I like lip gloss and skincare mostly.
Today I walked in to Ulta and one of your employees named Zaria, (hopefully I spelt it correctly) immediately walked up to me with a smile and asked “Hi! Welcome to Ulta! Would you like a basket? Are you looking for anything in particular??”
l asked her if she could help me find a clear lipgloss. She did a wonderful job at showing me which lip glosses that would work. She was extremely great at explaining each one in detail to me and openly telling me pros and cons. Long story short, I was satisfied with my purchase and your employee truly did a wonderful job!

Such a kind staff at this location. They answered all our questions and when an item in my online pickup order was out of stock they let me pick out a new shade since it was part of a buy 2 get one free deal. Really kind and made sure I was able to get all of the deals and coupons

Cynthia has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was passive aggressive, accusatory, and downright rude. I’ve been there twice with my sister who is also an Ulta employee at a different location, and both times Cynthia was very unprofessional and ruined the experience… and the irony is that her role is the “experience manager”

I will be the first to say I don’t know a lot about makeup, skincare, etc but two employees (Aziza & Michelle) REALLY helped me out. I am so grateful they helped me out as much as they did and took as much time as they did. They answered any questions I had, introduced me to some new awesome stuff and were so friendly the entire time. I definitely found some new staples and will be coming back to see what else they recommend soon!

Went there with my 11 year old niece and when we left out the door, the blonde employee shouted at us accusing my niece of stealing something in her purse…… she didn’t and we didn’t even get an apology for the false accusation. We’re poc so I feel highly offended and i called the store manager and she apologized and I asked for the employee who accused my niece of stealing to call us and apologize and the manager said yes.. never received a call. So now we avoid that place and I recommend other poc too.

Love the manager Cory. He has been an inspiration to me. He knows everything about all beauty products. He is extremely helpful and kind too. I'm in my 70's unlike the typical Ulta client. I love going to this Ulta. Very friendly and helpful staff there too.
