Make sure you try on sizes before ordering….many items don’t run true to size and run at least 1 size smaller. Company doesn’t stand behind what they sell and they are expensive. Purchase elsewhere!

Went in at the advice of a friend saying they help fit shoes and such. They do none of that here. I guess soccer master has gone away from any kind of service. The staff had little interest in helping. Go elsewhere.

Soccer master is the best place for buying soccer equipment. When I saw these reviews, I was deeply disappointed because people were upset about the customer service. During my visit, the customer service was outstanding!! The staff was willing to take multiple trips to find the perfect size cleat for me. Although the cleat selection was great, I personally really liked the shin guard selection, because they had all sizes of Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Although people in other reviews say that online shopping is better because prices are less steep, Soccer Master has a 10 percent discount for Lou Fusz soccer player. This discount saved us $40!!

An unpleasant experience. I arrived today at 9am and upon walking thru the door not a single associate said hello, asked if I needed help, or took any steps to be of help. Upon me asking about additional sizes for shorts, the reply from a red headed guy in a green shirt was, “that’s what we have.” That’s not what I asked. I asked about additional sizes since my 5yr old clearly will not fit in a medium. Again this associate had a difficult time being of any help. Upon moving toward looking at soccer socks these same associates felt it was better to gossip amongst themselves than to help the only customer in the store. I was never asked what school he played for (Holy Infant) or informed of an arranged discount your store has with the school.In todays world of being able to purchase everything online, I chose to support a local business. I won’t be making that choice again. Clearly customer service isn’t a high priority.

Seems to be understaffed, no one asked us if we needed help which seems to be a common theme. I was also disappointed that an exception to the no public bathroom was not made for a 3 year old about to pee their pants. Toddlers can’t hold it like adults. It’s not like we weren’t paying customers, we spent $100.
