Our experience is similar to the other one star reviews. You pay 50% and wait months for them to start. If you have any issues, communication is non existent and replacement items takes weeks not days. Not a pleasant experience and one we would not recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen renovation. Dominique was excellent to work with while designing the kitchen. She was easy to build a rapport with during the process. She shared her ideas and was very open to my thoughts as well. Her expertise made the experience go smoothly. She was flexible and was tuned into creating a plan that met my needs. We met several times to discuss the plan and emailed back and forth with any questions or concerns. I have recommended Signature Kitchen & Bath to several friends. Thank you Dominique for a job well done!

Let me start by saying we love the design and look of our new bathroom. The finished product was everything we expected. Dominique and Miguel were great to work with, both were extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. However, there were a few hiccups along the way…the canned light above the shower was not installed, the sinks in the vanity top did not align with our mirrors and sconces, one of the electrical boxes for a sconce was misplaced and the stand alone tub was placed incorrectly. All of these issues were addressed promptly and per the plans. These discrepancies resulted in delays, but, as mentioned above, we’re very pleased with the bathroom.

We worked with Linda W. And she was very helpful. We had a small vanity project with very specific dimensions and needs and she was able to work with us to get a custom piece we love. The vanity and countertop have given us 3x as much space as we had before and they fit great!!!

We decided to refresh our kitchen, replacing cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, and appliances.Our first stop was to SK&B, where we met Linda.Explaining that we just started looking, Linda W. took the time to share what to look for in cabinet construction. .We visited approximately 3 or 4 other companies, and checked the BBB website,prior to making our decision. We wanted Linda as our Kitchen Designer.We have found Linda to be knowledgeable, courteous, creative, professional, patient, and meticulous.To date, we have ordered most of our product. We are looking forward to this Spring’s remake.Thank you Linda, for “holding our hands” through this portion of the process.

I was so impressed with the whole process at SKB. I specifically worked with Linda who was responsible in trying to find a replacement for a broken shower sill. She could have easily just charged me full price for a total replacement, but instead she carefully worked with my contractors, made certain that the measurements were correct and then with due diligence found me an overstock piece of marble that was cheaper than the one my contractor was offering (and which didn't match my existing tile). I would definitely hire them for my next upgrade.

I Just started a small kitchen renovation project with Linda Workman. It has been such a great experience so far.. Linda has assisted me with every step reconfiguring my kitchen island along with a new backsplash in kitchen hardware. I just signed the papers and can’t wait to get the project started. Linda does not miss a detail. She has excellent taste, and can envision exactly what her client wants. Once a project is completed in the next several months I will add photos of the before and after.Services: Tile work installation

I hired Signature Kitchen to do a complete kitchen remodel that included an upstairs laundry. I worked with Dominique and she was fantastic. The 1st plans came back over budget (for me), and then we really started getting creative. What we wound up with is stunning, very functional, every inch utilized and gorgeous besides. I'll be hiring them for my bathroom remodels. We all got caught up in covid schedules, but that was so less of a concern for me. I mostly wanted quality, beauty and functionality and that's what I have.

Emily was fabulous! She was attentive, very responsive, and most helpful. Her eye for design and her ability to meet our expectations was exemplary. I would recommend her to anyone for a project in your home.

Our experience with SK&B started VERY well. Great communication with a no nonsense approach to design and materials selection. Once that process concluded and materials arrived, we shifted into the nightmare process. We chose Merillat Masterpiece cabinets and Elite Stone & Marble (same family as SK&B) for our countertop installers. Our cabinets arrived after 4 months with numerous defects. The countertops had to be completely reinstalled due to numerous defects, as well as breaking our brand new sink (for which there were no replacements available in the US). After a cursory, “we’re sorry” they did nothing to attempt to accelerate the 6 week process to obtain replacement cabinets from Merillat. We’re now 4 1/2 months past our original delivery date and still have an unfinished kitchen awaiting the correct cabinets. Communication is non-existent unless you reach out to them first even when they say they will follow-up. After spending $77k with them, you’d expect more professional commitment. They say they can’t control Merillat but still stand 100% behind them as a superior cabinet manufacturer. I’m glossing over the worst, but I simply cannot make any recommendations whatsoever to use this company after our horrible experiences. Trust me, once you pay them, you’re basically at their mercy and they just don’t care what your problems are.Services: Kitchen design

Four years ago (2018) I had Signature Kitchen and Baths complete the renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen countertop. So a pretty significant project with an equally significant price tag.Only four years in my master bath shower is now leaking. I think it is reasonable for a shower that has only been in place for four years, not to leak. Especially since the shower that was there previously, for decades, never leaked. I called Signature Kitchen and Bath to explain the situation. The receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. Of course, they didn’t, so I called again the next day, and the receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. The Marketing Manager called me back explained the person with whom I needed to speak was on vacation, but she would be sure to provide my contact information so he could call me back. That was March 2022, and it is now July 2022. I still don’t have a call back.I was told by the Marketing Manager that standard industry practice is a one year warranty on the project which is convenient since the leak was discovered to be caused by not grouting the design element in the shower. Meaning…the worker didn’t put ANY grout in the tile to prevent water from getting BEHIND the tile and causing a leak. Guess what…when you have a shower leak, the only way to fix it is to get a whole new shower done. So, yes, I had to pay thousands of dollars to get the shower redone ONLY 4 years later.The industry standard may be only a one year warranty, but there are places and people who will stand behind their work regardless of legal terms. Unfortunately, Signature Kitchen and Bath is not one of those high quality, integrity driven places.Services: Tile work installation

We had built in cabinets done with signature and were very happy with the design and installation. But are not happy with the drawers and soft close mechanisms. Now that the project is done and paid for there is no communication or return of our phone calls. Some of the drawers are uneven also. Very very frustrated

This has been a horrible experience. I would never use Signature again. They have turned over three designers in the course of our kitchen remodel. They measured incorrectly causing an additional 8-10 week delay without ever offering reimbursement. They have failed to communicate throughout the project to a point that we are getting calls from the countertop company to install the countertops, when Signature hasn't even contacted us for installation of the cabinets. Beautiful cabinets but stay away unless you want headaches with a total lack of customer service and desire to make things right.
