We scheduled our vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out in just an hour. The technician let us know that our cabin filter and battery would need attention soon. We have been Plaza Tire customers for over 20 years and we always appreciate the great service!

Went for a flat repair. After removing the tire from the wheel and a previous patch from inside the tire was told that they would not patch the tire. They quoted me a price for 4 new tires and upon second review of my tire specs quoted a much higher price. Was required to pay for a flat repair even though they would not repair the flat. I chose to buy tires from another company and drive away on my spare tire.

Location is good, and friendly atmosphere, but too bad this location did not have the proper equipment to perform all wheel alignment on a car that had Lane Departure Camera.
I have a Lifetime Premium Wheel alignment package (on this vehicle) purchased from a different plaza tire service location, but that location never have a technician to do it based on appointment, so anytime you take it after the purchase of Premium wheel alignment, you are never honored the alignment to be done within a certain time and if it is your only car then the entire day has to be spent in that location, so thought of bringing it to this location but my bad this location had time to perform but did not have the right equipment to do alignment.
