My front porch posts were sinking. Perma Jack came in with a professional resolution plan and a fair bid. Everyone from start to finish was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. From the salesman, Rich who came to explain the process and give us a very fair bid to the men, Brian and Steve who came to preform the work were all amazing. We couldn't of asked for a better team. They explained every step as they were doing it and were able to get our house back to level which was amazing. Thank you so much for everything they did. We would highly recommend Perma Jack of St. Louis if you need any foundation work performed.

Perma Jack of St Louis installed 3 piers on our house. The three employees they had on the job dug down to the footing of our house by hand! This left our yard without damage. When they finished with the job, the ground was leveled perfectly. Excellent job!

Shane, Chris, and Billy were professional. Shane explained the job before starting and reviewed the project upon completion. The crew cleaned the project area and ensured our house floors were protected throughout the traffic area. Very pleased.

My sump pump wasn't working. Water was coming on the basement floor. Kevin came out and examined the electrical part of the pump. Then removed the old pump and replaced with new pump. He was so nice and explained the problem with the old pump. He was so prompt and knowledgeable. I will ask for him if I have any other problems.

Perma Jack came to my house and inspected my foundation. They explained to me what the problem was, and how they could fix it. They gave me a fair and reasonable quote, and they scheduled the work as soon as possible. They arrived on time, and they worked hard and fast. They installed steel pillars under my foundation, and they sealed the cracks with a durable epoxy. They also leveled my door, and they cleaned up after themselves.The result was amazing. My house was stable, secure, and safe. I was so impressed by the quality of their work, and the professionalism of their service. They exceeded my expectations, and they made me a very happy customer.I highly recommend Perma Jack to anyone who needs home foundation repair. They are the best in the business, and they will not let you down. They are honest, reliable, and affordable. My experience with Perma Jack was awesome.

Permajack just finished foundation pier system on our house. Couldnt be happier. From getting our bid from Rich to the crew that did the work. They were very professional, friendly, and had the answer to any questions. Kept the working area very clean, with tarps, mats, etc. They did great work. Thank you so much

We used Perma Jack of St Louis to level and stabilize our free standing gazebo. Phil, Nate and Rob worked very hard all week to installed helix poles and piers to raise and stabilize the structure. They were very professional and competent. The gazebo had a flower bed circling it and when they were finished, you couldn’t tell they had been there. They accomplished what they committed to while doing it very professionally.Dennis V.

I needed a service call when my sump pump drain froze and sent water back into my house. Kevin came right out and we had a plan. Luckily the ice finally broke loose and I received a call to inspect everything before we turned it back in. The workers were very nice & professional. The issue was resolved quickly. Thank you!

Perma Jack installed two sump pumps in our basement 9 years ago. Our basement has been dry ever since with no issues. When I called for preemptive maintenance they were quick to get everything scheduled and get it done. Five stars for sure.

Perma Jack is an excellent company. I am very pleased with the work they did this past couple of weeks. I used Perma Jack to fix basement cracks and to put multiple piers in the basement to support the back wall of the house. I feel more secure now with the work they completed.Dillon, Bryan and Steve were the main crew that came to my home daily. The men were thorough and let me know what to expect.
