I just happened to stop by to make a cash deposit but didn't notice the time. The lobby was closed between noon and 1:00pm for lunch. But they have live agents in their drive thru that come up on a computer screen that you can make transactions with.

The wait to reach an automated teller at the drive up is sometimes WAY too long, I've waited 20 minutes before more than twice. The phone number does not make it easy to get a live person and when I did get to the right line the hold wait is always WAY too long, also happened more than 4 times. Once I waited at the automated teller for more than 15 min, got tired of waiting, went inside to just make a deposit and the lady told me she couldn't make my deposit through her, that I had to make it through the automated computer teller.. There was 3 workers that couldn't help me or deposit my money. At a bank. I couldn't give them my money. ? Not to mention that after all this waiting, they wouldn't let me use the restroom, because they don't have one for the customers. I dont have any issues with my money there, just everything else that should be already figured out and made much easier for the customers.

Awful. Worst customer service around. The website doesn’t allow you to create an account, the phone line boasts an hour wait time & no one calls you back when you leave a message. If I had a time machine, I would go back in time & warn myself to not join the credit union. Run, don’t walk, away from this place.

THE PERSONAL TELLERS: I sit there for a good 6-8 minutes, there has been a time I waited for 10 minutes for someone to pop on. Why does it take so long, you don’t want us coming into the branch for that so maybe hire more personal tellers?

I have been a member of Neighbors CU for many years and find them honest and professional and friendly. Even in a small error they went out of their way the make sure that everyone came out fine. I was very pleased with the results.
