I am sad about our Best Buy store closing permanently November 30, 2023. I will be purchasing fixtures chairs and whatever they have so I will be checking in till the end of the month. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in the installation department . I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday evening and they called me yesterday afternoon to cancel because the technician called in sick which was inconvenient but very understandable. They rescheduled me for today at 12:30. I was 15 minutes late due to a backup on Manchester so as soon as I walked in the little boy in installation told me I would need to reschedule because I was late. He said Wednesday would be the next opening. I tried to explain that today was already a rescheduled appointment because they canceled on me the same day. He said it wasn't him & Best Buy expect customers to be on time or they will lose the appointment. I asked to speak to a manager & he flipped his lid! Finally the manager came and instead of the little boy going off to work he stood there while I talked to the manager and chimed in disrespectfully to our conversation. I asked the manager if his behavior was acceptable customer service and the manager said no and turned and asked him to let him handle our conversation. The manager explained that they could not do my installation because the technician that was assigned to my install called in sick again. And the little boy was the only technician there. He apologized and said someone should have called me prior to my arrival to inform me of this. Again very understandable. Also had that little boy been able to articulate this to me instead of pretending I needed to reschedule because I because I was late I would have gladly rescheduled. Although now I'm glad I didn't because I would never want him to touch my car. As a customer I'd want the most experienced technician working on my car. Not a substitute. I know with the labor shortage companies are being forced to take what they can get as employees but the way that little boy acted today I will not be scheduling again with Best Buy for any kind of installation. I will happily pay twice as much and have it done by a professional establishment where customers are treated with common courtesy and honesty.

Would not use the store again. Four of the employees would not help us. We came into the store to purchase two computers with a total purchase of over $1500. We waited for someone to wait on us and when I asked for help they said that they would get someone. No one came. They told us that there was a queue that it would take 10 minutes to an hour before we can. we ask for additional help they told us that that's the way it was. One of the employees stated that she was at her position and doing what she was supposed to be doing. She was standing there looking at her phone. There were only seven customers in the building. There was over seven employees. We left the store and went to a different Best Buy They were pleasant to work with. They sold us even more things for our purchase. We were out of there in less than 20 minutes and very very happy.

Chris is the automotive installation department was wonderful. He was so friendly and professional. He spent time with us teaching how to use our new remote start which works perfectly. Highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

For many years I've shopped at Best Buy Stores never having encountered issues of being dissatisfied with them. I am a senior who brought my laptop in to verify anti-viruse installed was up to date and operating correctly. Also wanted to know if any malware or spyware was detected. Laptop at present was performing well and fully charged when service order placed. I asked tech taking order if laptop power supply would be needed, he replied no. The following day a message on my phone indicated they needed power supply. This prompted me to call them to make sure they had called and to know how much time order would be delayed. Inially my order pickup would take a week which really frustrated me. How long does it take to run a viruse scan and secure anti-viruse status? Finally, decided to cancel order and retrieve my laptop. The store manager and two of his people were running around for reasons unclear to me. Store manager Gabriel brought which was completely dead. Wanted me to sign release form indicated satisfactory completion of work performed. When I refused to sign it, he informed it was required by law before laptop could be returned to me, so I reluctantly did. Their is no customer service. Calls aren't answered or responded too. In closing let say the two times I was in store only a very few customers were there. For twenty years or more I've shopped at other Best Buy stores and never seen so few people. After my experience with GEEK department I see why. In fairness I am sure that other store departments are excellent.

Do not buy the Geek Squad warranty or try and set an appointment up for deliver and set up. They give long hours to show up and weeks to schedule. When they do set up a time they lie about the times and do not show up. It's impossible to contact the store. They do not call you back when you leave a message. It's the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Don't bother with these people!!! Go somewhere else.

So my old Flat Screen went out and I needed a new one. I did a bunch of research on-line an decided on a Samsung 55" Neo. I checked Sam's, Walmart, Amazon and Best Buy. All of the prices were the same, the only difference was shipping costs and availability for pickup dates. I purchased the TV from the Best Buy on Manchester and picked it up on August 30. On Sept 4th, I checked online prices again and found the same model being offered for $100 less than what I paid. I called Best Buy customer service and asked for a credit. They gave it to me over the phone without any pushback at all. Thank you Best Buy. You know how to treat customers!

A holiday weekend and suddenly my aging laptop could detect no internet connection. There were no outages in the area and Spectrum determined it was a specific problem with my laptop. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and was able to get a same day appointment. Such a very positive experience, I had to share it. The Geek Squad representative was Ramiz! He had talked with me prior to my actual appointment and was aware of the issue. When I arrived for my appointment, Ramiz was the individual working directly with me. He was WONDERFUL!.. I get frustrated quickly when electronics do not work properly for me and always reach out for help. Ramiz was so VERY patient with me; professional; knowledgeable; and delightful to work with. He was also calm as he problem solved the issue and able to to send me home with a working laptop! So very thankful and appreciative of the Geek Squad and Best Buy!

Best Buy is a powerhouse service/product company. We have upgraded our house due to the professionalism, excellent customer service and visionaries. Best Buy Magnolia is the best overall one-stop for exercise equipment, electronics and services for value, solutions and warranties. Justin Cox - our in-house consultant scoped out a solution which is perfect. I believe the Magnolia Mgr. is Joe xxxx, he was excellent as a technical expert and leader who solved a few issues, installed/upgraded our service. The tech experts - Eric Nissan & Jeremy Sadler were patient, explained everything and provided great support & beyond!

My wife and I purchased a new Sonos system for our home on Black Friday. Customer service was very helpful and very polite. There were some issues with billing and shipping because of the low inventory but they made exceptions to make everything was right and that the items were shipped to us as soon as possible. There was some confusion with an employee that made a mistake with a return. It could've been a problem had one of the managers, Kendra Quinlan (I hope I'm spelling that last name right) not caught it and corrected it immediately. She was very helpful, professional and matter-of-fact. Fast forward a few weeks later and there was yet another issue with the credit card statement that I had opened through Best Buy for the items we purchased. I Came back to the store to speak with Kendra (thank goodness I ran into her again) and she jumped on it right away, and without hesitation found the problem, fixed it and sent me away with a smile. Thank you so much for doing such a good job, Kendra! You represent Best Buy extremely well! Customer service can make or break a deal. 5 stars across the board because of the stellar job that she did. Thanks again Kendra!!

Good store. Went there today for some questions surrounding home routers. My first attempt I was directed to someone who clearly didn't understand the topic although when asked and explained my frustration I was directed towards to someone who was very knowledgeable. Selection was slightly picked through although that may be market wide not just this store. There was also an open box/clearance section with several marked down TVs. They do price match exact items to amazon prices. Will go to again.

My review is about the awful service received from Best Buy. We received our TV through delivery and when we went to put it up it was broken. We called to exchange the TV. My husband was on the phone for 80 minutes. He was put on hold numerous times and when the customer service rep would come back to give us more information on our pick up and drop off she would not have any more info then what she had given us previously. It was close to 5 O'clock and we are positive the employee was stalling so she wouldn't have to help another customer before she left for the day and what do you know- 2 minutes before 5 our phone call was completed. They picked up the TV when they were supposed to but never showed up with a replacement. We called to check and were told that it was not put in as a replacement, but as a return. I had paid for this TV with gift cards that I no longer had, reward certificates that I no longer had, a coupon for 10% off that I no longer had and put the remaining on my card. My husband went up to Best Buy because there was no way he was dealing with the CSR's over the phone again. Finally a new order was place, however it cost me an additional $20 because of the difference in tax. This was a time consuming and very draining experience and it cost us more money and a lot of time and aggravation. I am not happy with Best Buy and feel that we will definitely look elsewhere for our electronic needs. They need to retrain their CSR's and/or system. This was an unacceptable experience.
