“This was my third time at mattress firm on Manchester. The first time I worked with Joe and he helped me find a mattress that I thought suited my needs. This time I worked with Christian and he did the exchange because the first mattress actually did not work out. Both sales rep were knowledgeable and helpful. Love the 120-day trial. My original mattrsss did not work out for me and the second one is much better. Will return, hopefully in ten years if this one works out!”
