“Everything isn't a dollar any more and that's okay. Inflation happened and Dollar Tree lost. They still sell most of their stuff for a dollar but now that the dam has burst, you'll find stuff for $3 or $4 or $5 in the store. Prices are clearly marked. Greeting cards are still 2 for $1 and that was what I needed this evening when I stopped in. A couple of birthdays and anniversaries are coming up so I got a couple of each. Paying for them was quick and easy. The store is in good condition with most of the merchandise up on the shelves and very few "out of stock" items. “Wasn't planning on visiting there. Was out for a drive. Bought a couple things I didn't need. Books. Isles weren't cluttered with employees stocking. Wasn't busy. Did have technical question on an item, but no one close to ask about it. Was met at checkout by employee, nice young women, who scanned items, bagged them, while I paid with card. Fast, quick, and there was no line. In fact, another checkout man was standing by ready.”

“If you haven't checked out Big Lot's furniture section, I recommend that you should! I've bought furniture from here for years and as long as you are not crazy rough on it, it will last. They even have lease to own if you do not have all the money up front. This location was great. Extra clean compared to the one in south city plus had a bettwr selection.”

“I am so very surprised. Big Lots has a credit card now!!!! So cool . I was checking òut my things at checkout, and the lady asked ,"Me if I have their credit card ." I said no . The checker said, " Would you like to apply? " I said yes, less than 3 minutes. I had a BIG Lots credit card ? so cool. I paid for my $85.00 purchased with the card. I kept my cash money in my pocket . My card came to my house in 8 days. BIG Lots has a lot of nice useful items for your home and all four seasons ?? ? ? If you have never been to BIG Lots please go and check it out you my find what you have been looking for at BIG Lots.”

“This Dollar Tree is mid-size and carries a lot of inventory. Most of the items are $1.25, with the exception of the dollar plus section where items are $3 or $5. Sunglasses are $1.50. This location had items I have not seen at other DTs, like colored extension cords and T-rex tape cutter. When the lines got long, they had 2 cashiers working that shortened the wait time at checkout. “This was my first visit in this particular store, and I'm very pleasantly surprised by both the selection and the prices. I always thought it looked very small from the outside, but it doesn't feel small inside at all.They have some of everything. I was able to get groceries, cat litter, cleaning supplies, random clearance items I didn't need, and I still spent way less than I would have at Walmart or Target.”

“I was just at this location, checking out 5 people in line ahead of me. Chris opened a new register 2 people ahead of me. There was a customer who cut in to be first in line ahead of those who had been waiting. Chris called him out told him he was not next in line . The customer argued with him and then walked out not purchasing anything. Thank you Chris you made my day. You were so nice and friendly. I am so glad you stood your ground. Best employee!!!!”

“Great experience at Dollar Tree today! Came here during the early afternoon and there were three cashiers open. The lines moved fast, and they were sure to grab customers with a lot of items into only one lane so the rest of us had to wait in shorter lines. The shelves were well stocked, and had everything I was looking for. This location has ample 4th of July decorations available, currently. It felt big and open while you were walking down the aisles. I think this is one of the larger stores in the St Louis area, and if not it sure feels like it. No messes on the ground or anything in your way while you're navigating the store.”

“Nice, helpful, wonderful workers that try and keep order in this large store full of great things with a dollar 25 price.Whoever the landlord is does not take care of the outside strip mall, it is so overgrown with plants and the trash needs to be dumped I would be ashamed to call it my own.”

“Dollar tree is one of my favorite places to visit for assorted items and crafting needs. The price is now $1.25 for the same things rather than $1 before, but that’s okay as I have adjusted my shopping accordingly. They also have more expensive things now. They have a selection of seasonal items that are worth browsing. I have enjoyed their kids section for crafting needs. The quality of their items can be subpar, and that is reflected in their prices. They have new self checkout options that makes shopping easier there. They have a good selection of kids birthday balloons. The kirkwood location is a clean store and it is always well stocked, i like shopping there. The employee seem friendly.”

“There were old signs up that had deals that were no longer valid and really they should've given the deal advertised. (Worked in retail for 20 years and that's what would've been done and I've had that done for me about 6 years ago without asking. Otherwise, great experience.”
