You know, not a bad place if you go right at closing. Other than that it's horrible! You're pretty much shoulder to shoulder with everyone, lines to check out are long and you never know where they start to get into one. BUT! The selections are always plentiful, the employees we encounter have always been nice and helpful, and it's just a regular costco visit as any other store. IF you go right before closing, I'm talking a half hour or less, it's a lot more tolerable. Same selections, a lot less people and a lot less stress. That's the way to go.For anyone reading this that is thinking of going you should go right at peak hour during the day and NOT go when we like to go right at before closing. :DGreat store. Star deducted for the simple fact that it's always super busy which is in no part the fault of the store itself but I'm rating on the experience of shopping there.

Quick in and out, no frills affordable gasoline !I live in Illinois where they tax the daylights out of us, essentially for fuel! This store was about $0.80 less per gallon than what is charged in OFallon IL for 87 octane. A huge difference and worth the price of membership. The exit is near the front of the parking area so you have to get in line in the back. Be careful in the parking lot as the place is busy even in the middle of the day during the week.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced only in this Costco. I renew my membership and this grumpy woman name Robin was helping me. I made my payment put my card on the machine. The payment already went through. Then she asks for my credit card without explanation. She just grab my credit card from my hand and the tone of her voice was very rude. So I asks her why she wants my card since the payment already went through. She seems very confrontational.. so when I left to go inside Cosco, I ask the guy at the standing there. He give me an ok, to use that sliding gate since its open. Then that Robin lady just scream loud and yelled at at me.. who the hell is she? She is just nothing but a cashier to scream at me like that. You see, she is racist toward me. Bc I'm Filipino. Whatever her is problem is, I don't know. If she hate her job so much she should quit. Then I complain to the manager its not helpful didn't even listen to my complain. If she doesn't know how to care her customer or doesn't have empathy she should Quit her job. No one deserves the way she treat me. Its not the way to care your customer. She is rude to yelled at me. She deserved to work at the stock room who doesn't involve with customer's bc she doesn't know how to treat a customer or respect the customer

Close to home. The parking lot is always busy. Just came for a return on Saturday and that was kind of slow but the food court was extremely busy because it was around lunch. Would highly suggest getting pizza during the week for home. Huge pizzas for only 10 bucks and the service is extremely fast. And the prices are a lot but it always for other things that you can get a really good discount.

Can't tolerate some of the sample employees. Costco shopping experience is always excellent until my kids want something that they are sampling. Lately it is very often that some of the ladies are purposely withholding or delaying the samples. Today, a young man was sampling out brownies. My son had one piece. My daughter had to wait. He told her to come back in 15 min. We came back & nicely he said 2 more mins. Then shift got switched. The new lady said to us 15 more minutes. I tried to convince a 6 y/o to leave but failed. 10 minutes have passed & the lady said 10 more minutes as people were going by. So, 15 min turned to 35 minutes. We patiently waited with no complaints of course. I have it all on video. Costco should re-evaluate their contract with these people! Or just don't sample out anything. These people are negatively affecting the customer service!

This is a different Costco then the one I usually visit, but they are basically all the same. They are AWESOME! My favorites are their chocolate chip cookies and big box of skinny pop popcorn! Costco employees are always helpful and friendly too! I love Costco! There is always lots of good stuff I didn't know I needed! If you're not a Costco member you are missing out! We got Costco gas today. The lines weren't super long like usual. Everything about Costco is fantastic!

I feel like a Warehouse store is a weird thing to review, but here I am. I purchased a Costco membership as a single person going to grad school - never have I ever purchased anything else this worthwhile! With the increase in gas prices, I'm so grateful that Costco helps with my commute. Also, the Kirkland brand products are cheaper with the same or better quality than name brands. For example, Kirkland brand ground coffee tastes better than Starbucks! (And I am picky about my coffee!). If you're debating getting a membership, you won't regret purchasing! From clothes, to paper products, to produce, Costco is my favourite store!

I have been a Costco member for years and will likely remain one but as I was shopping today I saw a 12 ounce bag of Keto tortilla chips and the price was a whopping $8.00. Seriously? The bag wasn't even full! That was the most ridiculous price I've ever seen in that store. Get rid of that product. Only a moron would buy something so overpriced!

I have been pleased by the staff, always willing to help. Several have gone out of their way to assist me loading bulky or heavy products. The Kirkland brand is to be trusted. The store is clean and well stocked. Clothing is a bargain. I watch for clothing sales on already discounted items. I found some high quality name brands available.

As a disabled shopper, I've had a variety of customer service experiences, mostly wonderful. This Costco was outstanding. My daughter and I ran up $400 tab of essentials; you can imagine the number of items. We requested help and we're promptly assigned two helpers. I tried to force $10 tip on them but they smiled and said "we are paid enough and don't take tips". Despite my insistence, they smilingly refused the tip! I've never run into such gracious service!

Customer service desk is extremely rude. Her name is Robin. My mom and I are from China, but I lived here for over 10 years with fluent English speaking. My mom just traveled here to visit me and she really wants to shop at Cosco for the experience, since China has just recently opened one. Robin was there and she rolled her up the moment we started speaking English and was very rude with explaining the card membership. She won't answer my simple questions such as what's the difference b/t the Visa card and a regular membership card. She actually walked away straight from us and I started to tear up... since it took my parents so long to travel here and this is what we got?? This type of customer service by Cosco? I just can't believe.... The boss' boss came to me and apologized briefly. And I was told if I'm not satisfied, I can call their customer service phone number. I was speechless to be treated like this.
