I would like to take this time to say that Basset Furniture Manchester is completely amazing. The staff is wonderful. They’re very helpful if you want a great place to either work or go in and shop for furniture. This is the best place to go. You get the best quality of furniture and the best staff. They’re absolutely amazing When you walk in the door, they greet you right away they’re always smiling they have great attitudes great personalities and they’re all hard workers Bryan, the General manager is also very, very helpful Bryan is Amazing. He has a great staff go in there ask for Bryan or anybody to help you tell them that Tammy K sent you They are all truly Amazing. You definitely will not be disappointed with your visit from the time you walk in the door they help you with any needs that you have from either rugs furniture they help you decorate your home. You definitely won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love Basset and all the staff. Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

Bassett’s furniture is garbage! Spend more money and get something that you will have for many years!!Btw their salespeople are disingenuous Its all about the sale. The salesperson didn’t distinguish that the back cushions could be ungraded. I thought the back cushions were the same at the seat cushions. They’re not. I would have upgraded the back cushions no money spared because I want the best quality.This couch is 1 year old and is barely used!Initially I called and they denied my request to give me the inserts I paid for.If it wasn’t for the furniture repair man helping me they wouldn’t have done anything to help.Stop selling garbage and you won’t get one star reviews!Bassett was supposed to fix this issue.This mistake should not have been made in the first place.Still not resolved 8 weeks later…. Still waiting. Every week I will give them a lower score.Back down to 1 star.
