This is my favorite autozone location solely due to my interactions with the staff. Absolutely wonderful experiences over the pas few years. Thanks everyone at this location for the excellent help over the years. Happy to continue to do business with this store specifically despite autozone never paying out a claim I had to file in 2020 over a improperly machined power steering hose. (Feel free to contact me in regards to that autozone corporate)

I was so grateful to meet Matt Schlafly, he helped me with my air filter and battery. He took a stressful situation and turned into a blessing. His attitude of service and excellence was so impressive!
Auto Zone is fortunate to have him as an employee!! Top notch! ?

Noone knew how to test a starter so they burnt my starter up they did give me a new one

I asked a simple question about brake fluid and the guy said I don't know why don't you just look in your service manual. Then begrudgingly started to look in the computer. I could tell he had no interest in helping me so I left.

They are always friendly and helpful at this location. Sometimes they are busy and have a line but they always have what I need!!

Hands down the worst experience there. We're not going to mention names or anything but was very rude and wasn't any help and didn't want to help. Definitely won't be going to this location on Manchester again

Was inside AUTOZONE on 3/16/24 and one employee was verbally assaulting another employee. Completely inappropriate. The other employee who was being yelled at and remained calm to ensure things did not get worse.

Horrible customer service Three young men( (boys) just standing around moving super slow and barely lifting a finger to help customer. These young people today have horrible work ethic!!! So disappointing!!!
