“Mary Beth Marshall was very helpful in discussing electric cooktops and microwave oven/conventional oven wall units. I had already decided on a Kitchenaid cooktop with downdraft fan that would fit in the quartz countertop cutout opening. Mary Beth suggested that a Slyman Bros technician come by and inspect my current downdraft fan installation to see if there were any issues with the new installation. Mary Beth showed me display combo microwave/conventional oven combo units. i decided on a Kitchenaid model. Overall, it was a very good purchase experience.”

The owner Austin came out met me and shook my hand and let me know I was at the right place. “My husband and I cannot recommend St. Louis Home Fires enough! We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. His guys were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient during install, and when we noticed a slight cosmetic issue after install, Frank responded within minutes with a solution and had the new part ordered and installed within a week. We are VERY happy with the level of customer service we received from Frank and his team. Would highly recommend using them for your fireplace needs.”
“I purchased a corner cabinet online and it was to be delivered to the chesterfield location. I received a notification that it was delivered to the store. I spoke with Nicholas and he said his manager noticed it was the wrong one and that the correct one should be there the next day. (Thank you to his manager! I’m sorry I didn’t get his/her name). My experience talking with Nicholas was the best customer service I’ve encountered!! He was kind and informative. Nicholas informed me the cabinet was not “assembled” as I had seen on the website. He went out of his way to put it together for me because I am not able to due to hand and wrist problems. Thank you, Nicholas!! I want to give Paul a big Thank you for putting the cabinet in my car for me!”

“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”

(It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”

“Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“I am so thankful for the team at Autco Home Appliance, led by our sales associate, Jay Starling. Jay was our man from start to finish. He helped my wife and I make some difficult decisions on our remodel. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed. We were able to get a refrigerator, rangetop, dishwasher, dual ovens and a dishwasher. All top name brand appliances like Bosch, Wolff and GE Profile. The price was fair and the service top notch. They even stored the appliances in their warehouse till our contractor finished the job. Additionally, when the red knobs for the Wolff range were not with it, Jay personally made sure Wolff sent us out a new set. I could not be happier with Jay, the team and the service we received from Autoco!”
