Great customer service, service, efficient and EZ to work with.
Lost a drive tire the other week. I called in for a road side repair and even though his guys were on lunch, they showed up in a very timely manner, with 2 tread matching tires. Hot as he\\ day, and my driver said they didn't mess around. Got the job done quickly and got us back on the road. I was able to pay the bill easily through a billing portal sent to my email as I wasn't on site. Easy to work with and number is now saved in my phone as a Go-to -if needed- when we're in the area. 10/10 recommend

Leaving 3 stars. 5 for the actual repair and getting to me on a Sunday. 1 for price. $550 for a tire repair at their shop. For that price I could have bought a new tire, almost two if you buy Chinese tires. I’m not saying anything bad, you can come to your own conclusion.

Travis and guys did a great job getting me off the road and in the shop. They were all very friendly and they kept me informed every step of the way during repairs.

My adventure began in November 2023 when our bus broke down on the side of the interstate in the middle of a freezing cold night.
Clinton showed up to help. He not only towed us but also drove us to a hotel in Macon.
We had to leave the bus behind for repairs and returned to Canada. It took 6 months before I could return but Clinton kept in touch frequently and had no problem with us leaving the bus until we could return. He actually called me at one point to tell me there was a mistake on the bill and he had corrected it to reflect a lower price.
When we were finally able to get back, in addition to the repairs, he had swapped out a leaking tire for us and made sure our roof vent was secure so the rain had not gotten in while it sat in the yard.
He and Linda were very helpful and friendly. Although breaking down was a major inconvenience, these people helped make the best of a bad situation and I'm grateful for their help. (In fact everyone in Macon was very helpful and friendly!)

Our trailer tire broke off on the side of the interstate had to stay the night In Macon. We went to Gabrielson truck repairs and Brandon helped us out. Nice shop nice people
