Never had issues with internet with any other company but have constant issues with this one. They force you to use their router but their routers go out everytime the power flickers. I have to call monthly to be on the phone with customer service for hours and we have to go up to a week without any internet while waiting for a technician to come to determine that the router is the problem over and over again. Customer service is extremely rude unless you are lucky enough to get the one nice person to talk to. Just overall horrible experience.

When you’re paying for 1Gb speeds and you’re getting only a little over 1/10th of the speed, you know you’re being screwed over.

I have lived in 4 different states, major cities, and small towns with all kinds of internet providers and this company was by far the best out of all of them! I never had an outage the the speed was always what I was paying for and not half like others. Thank you for the great service!

Set up shop in towns, install terrible fiber internet that is frequently out, worse than cable, then pack up and leave. FRAUDS. SCAMMERS.

The worst customer service. I work on the road and made the mistake of letting my service lapse. They canceled my service and charged me more than my monthly bill in equipment. If you have a choice, make the right one. They will take you for all they can and offer little in the way of service to remedy it.

I truly enjoy chariton valley we just have fiber internet. We upgraded to get a higher speed because we like to game and its still within budget for us!! Thank you

Horrible customer service, I decided to go with a local provider BIG mistake.. not even a year after signing up for a new iPhone they closed up shop, that was really inconvenient for a lot of people.. I’ve always had a set bill every month, this month instead of the normal of 110 I get a invoice for 289.23 I mean this is how a loyal customer gets treated?

Their service is very spotty even on wired connections and they don't have any notifications for downs and don't have any outage maps or anything.

We have CV fiber at 2 different locations and not only is it fast, it’s incredibly reliable. They have been fantastic to work with and are great supporters of community initiatives as well
