Made an online order. Waited over and hour and a half for the pizzas to arrive. Then they get here and they are both wrong. ? when I called the girl acted as if I was lieing telling me she cut the pizzas and she didn't remember the order being the way I claimed. With having no vehicle I couldn't just return and have pizzasade wait another 30 mins at 845 at night with young kids to feed..she offered no other solution to this problem and couldn't help me further if I refused to return the pizzas. So I'm supposed to walk 3 miles ? with 2 pizzas just to wait 30 mins and walk the 3 miles back, that sounded totally reasonable. THANKS CASEY'S!! FOR THE OUTSTANDINGLY POOR POOR SURVICE. Glad you wanted my money more than my business.

Worst Casey's I've ever been to. For my job I travel all over the midwest and have been to over 100 other stores but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Called ahead and ordered a pizza for pickup and fueled my truck up which was 250 dollars. Took the pizza to the hotel and when I opened the box it was the wrong one so I called and was told they would make a new one only probably is I'm in a semi and I'm out of drive hours. And they will not bring me the right one but they will give me a free one next time I come in only live 300 miles away

Where do I begin? The employees here look miserable and I’m always told I can’t do something, like pay with two cards. Then when I go to the E Briggs Dr location they always let me pay with two cards. They’ve lied to me and say I have no Casey’s rewards then I pull it up and they say “it’s not showing in my system” but yet it shows in mine perfectly.

Expect dirty looks and lazy excuses when you ask why there are no squeegees, soapy water, or even paper towels at the gas pumps. If you are the type that never checks your fluid levels or washes your windshield and likes to be made uncomfortable for expecting common courtesy. This Casey's is for you.

Ordered a pizza and paid someone to pick it up for me. When they retured it wasn't the correct ingredients that was supposed to be on it. The only resolution they offered was for me to bring it back in and they can remake it...I let them know that wasn't an immediate option for me but was told that was all they can do....

2 of the 4 diet fountain drinks were out. When asked, it's like it's an inconvenience to the manager... at a convenience store. I'm in from out of town for graduation. It's customer service's attitude and effort that reminds me to look for quick trip next time.

When we spend 500 bucks in fuel would be nice if we could get a simple cup of coffee ? said that to the cashier she said if we did it for you we would have to do it for all the truckers duh !! Honestly no respect ... won't be back !!

There was only two slices of pizza and they were both cheese and I don't do cheese because I'm not paying for something without a topping but other than that I guess the gas price was okay but Daddy needed it to stop in for a restroom break

As we were on our way to Columbia thought we stop in macon and get gas and something to eat .so we went inside Nothing at all to eat in the warmer they had 2 slices of pizza and not correctly labeled so we purchased what we thought was cheese burger pizza got to the car it was half cooked and grease running off it
