The level no non compliant hipaa violations and unprofessionalism from this pharmacy is ridiculous.I went to to pick up my medication, they failed to ensure I had prior approval and while I stood at the counter none of the staff gave me any update as to why. Furthermore they released my private hipaa information with other individuals. It may be a home town pharmacy but hands down DO NOT recommend even if my life depended on it.

I love this pharmacy. They always go the extra mile and offer top-notch customer service. I could get meds through mail service, in fact insurance will only pay for that, but I’d much rather pay a little more and support a local business.

This long established business has provided great service for years and still does! I love that they also have a nice variety of gift items for sale (for yourself or others!) You can grab a drink and candy while you're there too. :-) I would hate to lose this traditional local, corner drug store.

This place is home, but if you have many prescriptions, only certain employees are wonderful (Kayla, Cara (RPh) & Sarah)...the others answer the phone & DO NOT IDENTIFY themselves, which is really annoying & UNCOMFORTABLE. They need more people working there who are like Kayla & Sarah. Don't get me wrong, some of the others are nice & I definitely appreciate them, such as Sholanda & Dawn. But others, they don't have time or patience with patients who fill EVERYTHING there, meaning we are VERY LOYAL CUSTOMERS, WHO #SHOPLOCAL. I'm here writing a review today bc they're closed ALL WEEKEND & MONDAY, SO NOBODY CAN GET VERY CRITICAL MEDICATIONS UNTIL TUESDAY. And there's no way to transfer it elsewhere. I'm pretty upset about it.

Very poor customer service. Pharmacist has NEVER explained new prescriptions to me.Recently moved here, so they would all be new prescriptions.
