“My experience here has been all around phenomenal. I had to have my front end repaired after a deer collision and my experience here has been great. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but I believe that was entirely due to insurance part requirements and that was explained and communicated to me while my vehicle was being repaired. As soon as the final parts were received, they were installed within the day. While there were a few hiccups, it has been very easy to communicate and have any minor fixes done after returning. Very rarely are businesses so friendly that you'd be willing to go out of your way, but customer service here has been just that. I found myself actually enjoying getting to call Browns with the kindness of the lady at the desk. Even being almost an hour and a half out of the way from St. Louis, I fully intend to return here for future body work. All in all, this place is a hidden gem for auto-work in Missouri and the region. If you happen to find yourself in an undecided situation like me, this place should be your choice.”
