Haircut is crooked. Came back to have it fixed and it's STILL lopsided/crooked. Now I'm stressing out trying to figure out where to go to have it fixed in time for Christmas. Lady was pretty nice but hit my eye with wet hair and was too close for comfort with the scissors near my eyes also. She was on the phone a lot which lead to major distraction which I think affected the consistency of my haircut. I tried to make it work I'm trying to convince myself it looks okay but when I put it in a pony tail one side is CLEARLY higher than the other. So annoyed and disappointed so now I have to find a great clips or something awful to fix this mess and pay for a haircut twice while also sitting in the chair three times to get it done correctly. Unfathomable. I wanted to give them repeat business bc I live so close by but the lack of attention to detail was unbelievable. I can't risk going back a third time to just be even more frustrated. I detest leaving bad reviews but I feel people should be warned.
