“Stayed overnight in our 45" motorcoach on trip to South Dakota on 8/10. It was clean, quiet, safe with easy access/exit for coach and tow car. Plenty of tow car parking on side of building. Staff was very friendly and helpful the morning we departed.”

My husband drives a diesel so we do lunch at various locations often. We order and pay from the app and choose a time to pick it up. This kitchen does make the food well but the order was not ready until 15 minutes past the requested time.”
“It’s fine. Has an eclectic selection of items, some of which probably meant for outdoor camping into the Ozarks. Also has a series of virtual slot machines and other games. Seems to be fairly popular.”
“A kind soul named Charly helped me find an item I had been searching for for awhile. I didn’t even ask her, she heard me talking to my boyfriend about it and offered me help!
That’s not happened at a QuikTrip before, however this one is usually full of kind people! :)

“Good selection of snacks and drinks inside and the cashier's are always nice. There's always interesting furniture, plants, and/or metal works outside. Never had to wait for a pump and I like the new touchless carwash.”

“As a trucker I appreciate the convenience of this store and while the people were nice and the service was quick, it really puzzles me the lack of professionalism in the way the manager looks, wearing some colorful red t-shirt. no name badge no smock no vest. You couldn't tell him between a customer and an employee! whatever happened to a button-down shirt a tie a vest and a name badge indicating a store manager. whatever happened to the professionalism of the dress attire for all employees including vests and name badges”

“Very hardworking staff, in the store and pharmacy, but very short-staffed. Big corporations like this should enable their locations to hire more and pay better to meet customer needs. I see long lines of people waiting for prescriptions and shots and to check-out. Thankfully everyone looks happy, because the staff works fast and shows great customer service. Store is clean & well kempt. Great work!”

“I love the convenience of a gas station/store/breakfast/lunch or dinner, cold or hot food close to home or work. I stopped frequenting this store several months back but, I noticed the new signage and everything looked so much cleaner so I stopped back in. I am so glad I did. I was greeted by a new face I hadn't seen before and it was like a whole new place! This gentleman was friendly, very energetic, kind to his co workers and genuinely seemed to love his job. His name is Randy and he is the reason I am back as a loyal customer and so happy to have my store back. Every time I come in, he's just as enthusiastic as the first time I was greeted by him. Great choice for management Casey's thank you.Oh and one more thing..the food has gotten amazing and his suggestive sale on the mac n cheese has become my kids favorite! 100 stars!!!”

“I am from Chicago and there was not a difficulty of transferring my prescriptions. It was readily completed. I have been in Blue Springs for a year and have not had a problem since I have been serviced by this Walgreens. I am always notified of my refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up.”

“Great layout, clean, and good selection. However this is to be expected considering it's new, so we will see how it ages. I was shocked to see how close the pump islands are to the door, making parking a little tight when pulling in, or if trying to pull in then up to the pump facing the highway. Bad design in my opinion. It will probably cause me to by my fuel else where.”

“Ari did an awesome job on taking my order in store for my pizza. Literally, as she took my order, she asked another employee to make it, and he whined and stated he didn't like making that type. Once she saw he was not gonna start the pizza, Ari put on her gloves and got that pizza going. Not only did she get it done fast, she also zoomed back up front to the register to take care of business by checking me out. Ari is the reason this review is 5 star and deserves all the praise for the 5 star customer service she gave me. I even filled out a survey, and I never do those. If I had to wait on that lazy kid, this 5 star review would've been a 1.”

“It's a great neighborhood gas station. My husband and I use it regularly, the staff are great once you get to know them. Their located in a place where dealing with privileged underage teenagers may get quite annoying so sometimes they come off strict until you get to know them. Their good about keeping an eye on their store and maintaining a safe and structured area. Very clean and organized also!”
“One of the products I bought today was marked incorrectly so I was charged a little more than expected and didn’t get my register reward. After I checked out I was looking at my receipt wondering why it was more expensive than I thought it’d be and the shift lead at the register immediately noticed and asked if everything came out ok. I told her no. She immediately made it right! I loved that she was proactive in asking me if I had a problem. She was so sweet, helpful, and quick to make it right. Great customer service!! I feel so bad, I don’t remember what her name was, but I do remember she was a shift lead with curly light brownish hair. She was great!”

“Great staff and always friendly! Yes you may have to wait for a pizza but that's okay! They make their own dough and each pizza takes about 10-13 minutes. So have patience people! Oh the Lone Jack location is hiring kitchen staff as well for all the complainers ?”
