The worst Casey’s I’ve been to. Staff would rather talk to each other, sitting on the floor to chat (behind the counter while “not on the clock”) than WORK. Possibly helping customers, stalking selves, cleaning and making food is what a worker may be paid for? Not at this Casey’s, it social time while trying to avoid customers, while one person tries to run 2 registers and the manger sitting in the office with her back turned, not offering help to her employees. The staff obviously takes after the manager who fails to lead by example. In a town with no other options, I’ll plan accordingly to stop in Lees Summit for my needs.

Great staff and always friendly! Yes you may have to wait for a pizza but that's okay! They make their own dough and each pizza takes about 10-13 minutes. So have patience people! Oh the Lone Jack location is hiring kitchen staff as well for all the complainers ?

I was super excited for a new gas station in LJ, I had gotten to the point I hated the other gas station. Once it opened I quicky realized how good we actually had it with the other gas station!!!! They can't even get pizza right and...... That's what they are "famous" for!!!

Been to this Casey's twice, to use bathroom. Both times had no toilet paper in bathroom. This was fairly early in the morning and you would think that that is one of the first things they would do when opening to have toilets cleaned and supplied.

Nice store with good breakfast items, fresh and tasty. However, I was disappointed to see a tip screen come up at the register. Casey's is a multimillion-dollar entity with a decent profit margin. For the life of me I do not understand why these companies cannot pay a living wage to their employees. Higher pay always results in happy employees, a higher rate of employee retention and less lost time due to blue flu. Casy's officers and management should be ashamed. I may not go back.

I will have to say I’m excited that we finally got a caseys. I just love how nice and kind the employees are they always do everything they can to make sure you get a good visit when you come and always apologize if they dont have what your looking for. Another thing the lady at the register does a terrific job tryna juggle two registers at once tryna get us all out super fast love it when they speed up the process of getting in and out rq!!!

This place is so inconsistent with breakfast offerings. All I want is biscuits and gravy every morning when I don't have time to do it at home. I sure wish we would have gotten a quick trip instead of this poorly ran store. They're also always either out of creamer of some utensils. 99% of the time the people working there aren't friendly and don't say thank you or talk at all. Their coffee is pretty good but you got to bring your own mug because their cups make the coffee taste like cardboard.
