These guys have some follow-up problems. If you call and leave a voicemail, they take several days to respond, if at all. I just need cameras installed and it's been a hassle throughout the entire process. We received cameras in November. It's now nearly February and I'm still trying to get an ETA on when they'll be installed. The latest team that was scheduled to come out pulled a no-call, no-show.

They offer great service when you require field installations of upfit solutions. They also have a ship-thru for Safe Fleet / Prime Design as well.

Not very efiicent, call backs and updates are not followed through on. Over charges for services seem to be the norm. I dont have faith in thier ability be honest and own the repairs they facilitate.

I would like to give them no stars if that was an option. They have poor training, favortism. The management is horrible. Troy and Teresa do not know how to run a company they sweep everything under the rug and leave it there till it becomes a bigger problem and get yelled at or wrote up.

Poor follow up and service in general, do not use for any upfitting needs small or large.

In order to have 2 cameras installed in Toyota Tacomas, for a couple hundred dollars, they require a CREDIT APPLICATION, BANK REFERENCES, TRADE REFERENCES, and a signed NDA! We aren't trying to buy their company, just have 2 cameras installed. I could have given paid in advance, not sure why that option wasn't offered. GoFleet has them on their recommended installer list, but I'll just use the stereo shop down the street instead. American Midwest - If you don't want this type of business because it's too small-time, don't run people off with insulting paperwork. Just take yourself off GoFleet's installer list.
