“This is one of my favorite Ross stores. Not only is the selection incredible, but the staff is also outstanding. I lost a pair of sunglasses there. I had forgotten about it until I went back about six weeks later. I was pretty amazed when the staff remembered me and still had my sunglasses. Customer service A++”
“I absolutely love shopping at Kohl's. I hadn't been in the store since I began having issues with my back and had surgery on my back 3 times and also suffer from peripheral neuropathy. When I walked into the store with my cane, I suddenly remembered that Kohl's doesn't have any mobility carts to assist the handicap. I hope that Kohl's management team sees this and considers putting a few mobility carts in their stores for people with disabilities.”
“It's got a lot of things to 9ffer but it's employees that are the people that do the shopping for the pick up stuff could be more curtious..the no longer allow u to manually enter any type of card for payment which was an inconvenience with my latest time there”

“I was in need of a shipping box that would accommodate a roll of wallpaper and needed a lengthy cylinder type box. I explained to the rep at the photo section, Betty, what I needed and asked if they sold those types of boxes. She confirmed they did not. However, she asked me to hold on for a second and she went to the back.....only to come back with a fishing rod box that was absolutely perfect for my shipment. (Keep in mind, I didn't need a new box.) She went above and beyond. Most employees would say they were sorry and move on but she took the time and effort to help me! This type of employee is rare! “I already gave 5 stars about a year ago. Yesterday I went in and my son wanted to hold one of their baby chicks. A staff member Lacy (sp?) went out of her way to let my son do that while I was getting other items. These kind of things are what make me want to continue to shop here. Thank you”
