Took my engagement ring here to be resized the day after the proposal and they had it back to me in 6 business days! Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful in trying to figure out what size I needed it to be sized down to. We also ordered my fiancé’s wedding band here and are still waiting for it to come in but again, they were very helpful in figuring out his ring size and what style he was looking for. And they are affordable! Would definitely recommend and will continue coming here with all of my jewelry needs!

I went to Kay jewelry to have a ring checked because I felt one of the diamonds were loose and was also told the prongs were bad and needed to be replaced. They tried to sell me a plan for $500 to fix it. This morning I took the same ring to Whiteside and they fixed the stone, cleaned it and told me the prongs are good and charged me nothing. I have used them before and will never go anywhere else again.
