Can't get consistent package deliveries, I can be sitting on the steps of the apartment building waiting for the postal carrier and receive a text message "Unable to deliver due to no access or safe delivery area."
How can they even say that if 1) You don't drive down the street, 2)Attempt to walk up to the building.
The dumbest part the row of houses across the street get all their packages delivered to the front door, while our 12 unit apartment building gets ignored? 🤷🤷

I had dread in calling the PO about a lost package and knew I would probably get the run around, if I got anything at all.
The nicest, most helpful gentleman named Chuck answered and was so incredibly great to try and help me find out what happened.
Turned out I had called the wrong PO for the zip code I was needing and he still helped me out.
Put this man in charge of the PO!

Walked in on a Saturday 30 mins before closing. There was literally zero line and two smiling clerks who greeted me. Kelly helped me with my with my mailing needs and made sure all was in order with my passport. She was pleasant, patient and thorough. Best post office experience I have had in years.

Constantly scans packages to be delivered that day then delivers them whenever they feel like it. As well as shoves packages that have no business being in my mailbox due to size, instead of putting them at our door because they're too lazy to drive up our driveway or walk, despite making $20/hr.

Had two packages say they were delivered on my porch but were not. We have security cameras and no one dropped a package off. Submitted a claim to this post office and was told they talked to the driver and the driver handed them to me. Two days later they were delivered to my neighbor. Apparently they just flat out lie to you.

The front desk workers at this location have been so friendly and helpful as I’ve worked to mail some important documents and needed some extra help with them. I am so grateful for their patience and also could tell they genuinely wanted to get everything done correctly for me especially knowing how important the documents were that I was mailing. I’ve had bad experiences with FedEx and UPS so this was such a nice change!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This post office is the most worthless post office I have ever dealt with. They have lost multiple of my packages. I constantly have to get packages redelivered and sometimes they fail to redeliver when is says they will. Also don’t bother calling the actual number for the post office, they will never pick up. I’m so sick and tired of having to deal with them…..

We went here to get passports and were treated very rude. We had EVERYTHING required yet it was like a game to see how many times they could come up with a reason to deny us! We're paying $130 each plus another $30 "service fee" for each passport!! This place should be paying us for having to deal with them!! It's truly embarrassing that the level of customer service can be this low. Literally my 14 year old could do a better job! Sorry we interrupted your Facebook posting, nail painting, bubble gum smacking, hair flipping time lady! Maybe you need a new job where people shouldn't rely on you for assistance.Went to a different Post office in Platte City and they had it done in no time!

We moved to Liberty a few months ago from Southern Mo. I really appreciate this USPS office location & especially the staff and level of customer service. Our postal carrier has also done a great job as well. We had difficulties with delivery the whole 5 yrs we were in Southern Mo, but no problems here.
