This location is the worst! I try to avoid this UPS at all costs. I've had a number of negative experiences here and today was the cherry on top. I went in looking for a notary last weekend and was told they only do them M-F from 9am-5pm, which is fine. I came back on Monday at 9:40am and asked for a notary. I was told by a guy with blonde short length frizzy hair that they only notarize from 10am-5pm. I said "Oh, I was told it was from 9am-5pm when I came in over the weekend." He responded in a very rude tone and said "You were told wrong. It's from 10am-5pm, NO EXCEPTIONS" and then he just turns and walks away from me while I'm still standing at the counter. They weren't even busy either. There was one other customer in the store. Unacceptable!

Very knowledgeable of what needs to be done with each item. I have found them to be patient and courteous.

The employees are superb and always are kind and helpful! I love this store ! Shout out to the employees here! Keep doing what you do, because you never know when you might make someone’s entire day!

Dustin was great in assisting me with a couple of lightweight boxes to return. A middle aged women with buzzed sides and mousey brown hair on top, I didn't get her name, but she had a wrist tattoo on her left hand along with a black Apple Watch.
she wouldn't help me and was super rude and embarrassing me while I was left fumbling taping two big boxes together with a line behind me. I couldn't even have taped those two boxes together myself to transport them and bring them through the front door if I wanted to! I just needed a hand moving the boxes so I could tape around them instead she just watched me and started helping other people. The boxes were full of foam and only 5 lbs a piece. It's not that hard. She had an awful attitude. Everyone else was pleasant.

The whole staff is Very knowledgeable and very Courteous and Very Quick at handling your packages at the store you can fully trust that your merchandise is packed suburbley and will arrive to your destination with awesome care❤️

I ended up not even being a customer of the store and Kristy particularly, as well as the rest of the team, were exceptionally helpful in spite of that I took that package to a different place.

Friendly staff, but under NO circumstances should you utilize them for a passport photo. The staff was not trained at all in taking passport photos and I left after seeing my chin POV picture with half my face covered in shadows and the employees using the MS Paint lasso tool to crop out the background. The photo had so many things that the State Department says to NOT to do for the passport photo. 2 stars instead of 1 because it’s their managements fault for failing to properly train the staff.
