Last night I went to Ulta in Liberty to look for perfume. A worker named Julie helped me find not one BUT TWO great perfumes. She was amazing. She was so helpful, informative and kind when it came to helping me find the perfect perfume that suits me best and my pH!! We had a great time laughing and literally learning about perfumes. This FIVE STAR IS ALL FOR YOU JULIE! You’re so kind, sweet, beautiful and just all around a great person!!

I came in the first time for a cut and color with Lacey. She such an amazing job and kept things realistic for me which I really appreciated. I was going from blonde to a light/medium brown and Lacey let me know if I went too dark to start that it would look muddy so we went with a light brown. She added layers to give it some shape and I got so many compliments. Now she did it again going a shade darker and I cannot wait to go out, go to work just for the compliments.

this was my first time coming to ulta’s salon. i’m honestly so unsatisfied and upset. i can’t believe they were wanting me to pay $130 for this. it’s more orange then before. definitely don’t recommend. my stylist was very nice but obviously a waste of time…

I started going to Ulta following two bad experiences at Sephora. I met Justice at this store--WOW what a helpful and kind associate! I went in for something they didn't have in stock and ended up ordering that product, plus buying two other items. I had to return the item ordered and I have MORE nice things to say! They took it back without question, treated me like I was valued and could come back when I have more time. When the check out was busy, they called another associate to assist. I am impressed! This is my new go to for beauty items. THANK YOU

I came in needing some insight on full coverage makeup for my darker skin. There was no person on the floor of color that I could comfortably approach black, Indian or Hispanic. The few associates they had tried to help me as best as they could though. Shout out to them, they were really sweet. But Ulta it’s 2023 we need all types of representation on the floor please.

Most ulta’s I go to around the country are very helpful. I’m sad to say this was not a pleasant experience for me. I had a Christmas party to attend and went to ulta with my hair half complete to pick up hairpins. Workers would look over me and ask the person next to me if they need help (I can tell because they didn’t even look at me) then walk off and not ask me. Once I did ask someone to help me find hair pins she was not very friendly. I’m not sure if this is a mid-west culture thing due to me moving here only five days ago. But it made me feel unwelcome. I won’t go back to this particular one. Please teach your staff to ask all people if they need help regardless of their skin color, what they are wearing etc. Ulta as a corporation I respect. But this location needs customer sensitivity training.

I recently bought an LED light mask at Ulta. The sales rep on the floor was very helpful, not pushy at all, and with her guidance I bought what I thought would be a good fit. After getting it home, I wasnt sure how it worked, so went back to the store with the product to get a clearer understanding of how often to use, and how to re charge it, etc. I was happy to see the same sales rep. She went over everything carefully with me, and even recharged the mask for me. Her name is Justice. Not sure how to spell it. I am now very pleased with the product and the personal customer care I recieved. Thank you, Justice!

Lacy is amazing! She did a blow out for me. My family and I were taking family pictures and I needed my hair to look good. I cannot style my hair very well so I went to Ulta to get my hair done. Lacy was my stylist and she did the best job! I loved my hair!!!!
